About this property

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards of Graves

Located in the heart of the vineyards of Bordeaux, this cottage is the perfect place to come and enjoy the countryside and its tranquility while enjoying the great sights of our region: 20 minutes from Bordeaux, 45 minutes from the Arcachon basin.
The visit of the cellars and a personalized tasting is included in the rental to share with you our passion and our know-how, wine.

House of character of 100m2, having a ground floor of 45 m2, including a living room dining room and American kitchen, a storeroom and toilets.
Upstairs two bedrooms of 25m2 sharing a bathroom with bathtub.

- Bedroom 1: bed 160 (possibility of adding a cot)
- Bedroom 2: two beds of 80 (to be able to merge in bed of 160);
more trundle bed a place.

The cottage opens onto a wooden terrace of 60m2 with views of the vineyards. It is equipped with a jacuzzi, a barbecue and a garden furniture.
Bikes with baby seat are at your disposal. The castle is close to bike paths, for beautiful walks in the middle of the vineyards of Graves.

La literie pour adulte et enfant est de tres bonne qualité. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi est juste parfaite. L environnement est particulièrement tres calme. A 30 mm de Bordeaux,1h d Arcachon, 1h de Saint Emilion. Nos hôtes sont prévenants et tres discrets. Nous etions 5 personnes dont 3 étudiants. L espace du logement est très bien pour 5.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix ! Gîte très bien situé à moins d’une heure des plages d’Arcachon, Lacanau et à une demie heure de Bordeaux… Très bon accueil. Gîte au milieu des vignes dont la vue est particulièrement agréable du jacuzzi. Les propriétaires étant viticulteurs, nous ont proposé une visite du chai et du processus de fabrication du vin. Rien à dire. Parfait ! Merci pour tout !

Le calme en plein cœur des vignes

Nous remercions Perrine et Fabien pour leur accueil au sein de leur propriété. Nous avons séjourné au cœur des vignes dans un gîte plein de charme. De la visite du chai en passant par le Spa extérieur, nous en garderons de jolis souvenirs. Belle région à découvrir entre mer et vignobles.

Great place to unwind. This place offers wonderful views of the family owned vineyard. Is very peaceful and an amazing place to come with friends or family. Lalanne is a wonderful host and was so gracious right from the time we checked in. Cherry on top - their wine is very good as well. Pros: 1.Peaceful and beautiful offering great views of the vineyard. 2.You pretty much have the vineyard to yourself. 3.A very gracious and helpful host. You will feel like family. 4.Complete privacy yet the host is close enough if you need help 5.Super clean & comfortable. 6.Has a great patio with a bbq/jacuzzi at the back. 7.Lovely kitchen. You will enjoy cooking a meal or two overlooking the vineyard from the window. 8.Easy drive to many other vineyards/grocery store Cons: 1.Wi Fi can work better. Although you may want to switch your devices off and just enjoy this surreal place. 2.One toilet. We were four adults and was never a problem for us. But something to keep in mind. 3.You will need a car if you want to move around. But its internal /mostly traffic free roads. Or you can call a local taxi.
