Madinina is a detached villa located in a quiet and peaceful residential area 5 minutes walk from shops, restaurants and snacks, the local market and the magnificent Diamant beach and its unmissable Rock, one of the most popular bays in the Isle.

Madinina is very well maintained, functional, pleasant to live in and its garden, planted with fruit trees (mango, coconut, cocoa, banana, guava, soursop ...) and tropical plants (hibiscus, alamanda, frangipani, ixora, alpinia, ... ), is fully fenced and closed by a gate.

She disposes:

* Upstairs, an air-conditioned, spacious and comfortable master bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. It has a superb view of the Caribbean Sea and the famous Diamond Rock.

* On one level, an air-conditioned bedroom with wardrobe with a shower room and its toilets, separate toilets, a laundry room, a fitted and very well equipped kitchen open to the living room.

* Outside, a covered terrace with its dining area and its relaxation area, and a second high terrace with a clear view of the Morne Larcher, the sea and the Diamond Rock…

* Wifi and Orange TV access

C’était parfait.LaMaison est très bien située et magnifique!Murielle nous a bien accueilli.Peut-être ajouter quelques accessoires de cuisine, des chaises pour la plage, jeux de plage pour enfants glacières. Mais vraiment c’était superbe.

Maison calme et jardin arboré avec vue mer

Maison très spacieuse située sur les hauteurs du Diamant ce qui permet d'être bien ventilé pendant les fortes chaleurs.Les différentes terrasses permettent de profiter au mieux des extérieurs toute la journée (coup de cœur pour le hamac !).Le plateau d'accueil à l'arrivée est super pour démarrer le séjour (repas du soir et du lendemain matin).En fonction de la saison, de nombreux arbres fruitiers dans le jardin pour goûter aux différentes saveurs de la Martinique.L'accès plage peut se faire à pied en 15 minutes environ (nous le faisions avec un enfant de moins de 3 ans à pied). Sinon, nombreux parkings à disposition devant la plage.Nous recommandons !

Super villa au Diamant

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons en Martinique mais je crois que nous avons trouvé notre maison de vacances favorite Points + : • Située au Diamant, commune idéale pour rayonner et découvrir la Martinique, proche de plages magnifiques • Super vue sur le Rocher du Diamant et la dame couchée • Calme mais village et plage à moins de 5 minutes (voiture indispensable néanmoins selon moi) • Très bonne literie (je suis un peu tatillon sur ce point mais rien à dire de ce côté-là) • Villa très spacieuse et très bien équipée (Lave-vaisselle, Lave-Linge, TV, Wifi …) • Graaaaaandes terrasses (et il y même des hamacs :) ) • Magnifique Jardin pour les yeux et … les papilles (on a eu la chance de pouvoir déguster des mangues et des goyaves cueillies dans le jardin, que Muriel nous avait aidés à reconnaître). Points - : • Néant :)
