Cottage Chestnut trees between land and sea

Located at the top of a hill, the cottage is attached to our house, in the heart of a stone longère. The living room and the parental bedroom have a view of the countryside.
Not far away you have the LA CLAIE river which runs down the hill where you will find small trout for fishermen, and for nature lovers, you have the greenway which is about 10 min by foot.
At 5 min is Malestroit a nice little tourist site just as charming as Rochefort en Terre located 15 min (voted most beautiful village in France in 2016). You have the magic forest of Broceliande at 30 min, with several routes to do. And you are 35 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, but also 30 minutes from Vannes and its magnificent Gulf of Morbihan. Lovers of the waves during storms, go visit the spectacular wild coast of Quiberon at 1 hour and let yourself embark for beautiful Île en Mer (reservation in advance to take the boat) or the ramparts of ST Malo at 1 hour 45 minutes.
You are also close to the salt marshes of Guerande or La Baule and its large 8km beach (1h).
Our farmhouse is located 7 minutes from the expressway which directs you to the valve axes - Lorient / Ploermel.
The cottage is 45m2 and it has a kitchen living room of 27m2 fully equipped for your comfort, you will find a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 additional people or 6 people max and occasionally.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed in one and two single beds in the second. A small bathroom with the toilet is upstairs.

You can move on foot to stroll via the greenway, or by bike (we can make 2 bikes available) or the car.
The nearest station is at questembert.

small animals are accepted but kept on a leash until the fence is installed.
