***We have finished the remodel! All new everything! (Kitchen, bathroom, sliding glass door and window, flooring, and furniture) On October 15 of 2020 we finished the remodel of the entire condo. The pictures are stunning!***
On September 28, 2020 we purchased unit 1006 directly above 906, if we don't have your desired date available just reach out and inquire! It is possible we may have availability in one of our two units!
***The unit is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available weekly or monthly. We always rent SATURDAY - SATURDAY from January to mid April (in season), mid April - December we allow rentals on any day with a minimum 3-4 day stay***
Residents of Naples, Michael and Rhonda Sammons present this unbelievable 5 star beach front condo Apollo Unit 906 is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath 9th floor center unit with a 100% private balcony. The condo is located in the Apollo Condos directly on Marco Island Beach. ONLY the center units in the Apollo complex offer complete privacy, the other units balcony's are exposed to the unit next door to you.
We manage our own rental (so we have no rental agency fees of any kind) and we charge the lowest rates for a 1 week rental directly on Marco Island Beach. High speed internet and cable TV in the living room and the bedroom is included for free. The laundry room is 20 Feet from your unit for convenience. The unobstructed view from the private balcony is simply breath taking.
Located on the south end of the Island, 900 S. collier Blvd. Unit 906 is ¾ of a mile south of the JW Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach ( 9th Floor Center Unit) and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door that opens up fully to warm ocean breezes. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is simply spectacular. You are directly on the beach for easy access the unit has direct beach access.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, New tiled floor and new furniture. and there is 1 queen sleeper/sofa in the living room. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, convection/microwave oven, refrigerator, dish washer, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and everything you will need to make your vacation perfect. The unit is equipped with HIGH SPEED Internet, 2 TVs / DVD player, all linens, bath towels, 6' thick beach towels, beach chairs and beach cooler (along with a beach cart to bring all the toys to the beach). The unit has a private balcony with table and chairs and the Sunsets are amazing.
The Apollo condo complex has a huge heated pool, Hot Tub ,work out room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the SunSet Grill an elevator ride from your unit. The bar has great drink specials and was voted best happy hour on Marco Island Florida. Within less than a 1/2 mile walk are over 40 restaurants/bars and numerous shop and stores for exploring.
PLEASE NOTE AS OF OCTOBER 1ST 2015 There is a mandatory one time $45parking fee. The parking lot will now be gated and the only way in and out is with a special tag that activates the gate. In addition, there will also be a $75 deposit for this tag. This deposit will be refunded through the association at the end of your stay!

Why they chose this property
Apollo has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located on the South end of the Island. There are very few condos available that have that combination. There is a great restaurant/bar on the property, and you can walk to more restaurants and bars than I can count. Apollo is simply the best possible vacation spot on popular Marco Island.

Views!!!! Hard to beat a Westerly view on Marco Island! If you have been here you 100% know what we are talking about! Your first sunset and view of the dolphins playing and you are hooked!
