In a big house of 1930, pretty studio entirely renovated then furnished with new with privative wooden terrace, full south.
Located in the center of the village of Mouxy (3 minutes from the thermal baths, 5 minutes from the lake, hiking on site, Revard Station 20 minutes), this rental is 5 minutes walk from shops (bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser ...) , doctors and physiotherapist of the village of Mouxy.

The studio is on the terrace, facing south. (garden furniture, deckchair). It is equipped with a new sofa, TV + wifi (included) and a new fitted kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and dining area. Of course, all the kitchen equipment: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils and dishes, is new and coordinated.

Good new bedding.

Shower room and new toilets.
Shared washing machine with another rental of tourism, in a separate room.
Neat decoration.

Très beau studio propre (neuf) et fonctionnel et surtout très frais tous les soirs après des journées caniculaires. Un seul petit point négatif: Le stationnement de la voiture un peu éloigné si les places de parking proches sont occupées.
