From your porch, you’ll hear live music from the seasonal concert series, enjoy front-row seats to the Fourth of July or New Year's Eve fireworks shows, and take in spectacular sunset views over Seaside with glimpses of the nearby Gulf.

Inside, Center Stage welcomes you with a contemporary, open-concept layout. The living room boasts a plush cloud-style sectional, two club chairs, and a mounted plasma TV—ideal for family movie nights or relaxing after the beach. The adjacent dining area features a round table for eight, centered beneath a grand pendant light and surrounded by cheerful blue bistro chairs. Nearby, the chef’s kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large center island with seating for four, custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line cookware—perfect for preparing meals at home.

Down the hall, you’ll find the primary king suite, complete with built-in reading lights, luxury linens, two reading chairs, and generous storage. The en-suite bath is sleek and spa-like, with quartz counters, dual vanities, an LED mirror, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second king bedroom offers blackout shades, a large dresser, a mounted plasma TV, and easy access to a full hall bathroom featuring a single vanity and a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo.
