You will also find a guest bedroom that consists of 1 King Bed with a single twin bed over King Bed. This guest bedroom sleeps 3 comfortably. Owner grew up in New Orleans. Went to LSU and graduated in Finance and now lives/works in New Orleans as money manager.
Why they chose this property
Was owner's dream to one day purchase summer home at beach in WaterColor. This property is perfect because it is 300 steps to the beach and has tons of other amenities: hiking trails, kayaks, 5 swimming pools, tennis, etc
What makes this property unique
Very Family Friendly Condo. You can sleep 6 people comfortably in this Phase 1 Water Color Condo. And it is right smack in the middle of all the action across street from WaterColor inn and Beach Club and only 5 blocks from Seaside Town Square = FANTASTIC LOCATION!
