In the heart of Arès, a few minutes walk from the beach and shops of the city center, T3 apartment of 50 m2 with south facing living room, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...) , and quiet terrace. Two bedrooms (1 with bed 140 × 190 and 1 with 2 beds 80 × 190), bathroom with washing machine, and separate WC. Possibility 5th sleeping on convertible.
Small residence very quiet, halfway between the church square and the Bassin beach (on foot). Close to downtown (weekly market) and ocean beaches (12km). Private parking.
Forget your car you will move freely on foot or by bike. Many bike paths can reach the ocean through the pine forests or tour the Basin.
Possibility of parking bicycles safely on the parking lot.
Arès is 47 km from Bordeaux, on the road to Cap-Ferret, on the edge of the Bassin d'Arcachon, the ocean beaches are only 12 km (18mn), so you can enjoy the clean air, beaches facing west and south, bike paths, hiking trails, water sports, and gastronomy.

Bonjour Nicole. Merci pour votre commentaire. Ravi de savoir que l'appartement vous a plu. Concernant les quelques jours de canicule nous vous avons recommandé de fermer volets et fenêtres en journée et d'utiliser le ventilateur le soir. Il est bien précisé dans l'annonce qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans le logement, et comme expliqué par ailleurs, l'installation d'une clim nous a été refusée par la copro. Appartement Arès

Très bel appartement et très bien fait pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Ils nous ont mis à disposition un lit parapluie qui tient très bien dans la 2éme chambre avec les 2 lits enfant. L'emplacement de l'appartement est superbe pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon. Très belle découverte!
