Whilst the property has 4 fully air conditioned bedrooms and there are two folding beds available , so the villa can accommodate 8 single golfers comfortably . Baby's travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
Two of the Guest Bedrooms can be converted from twins into Superking bedrooms if requested.
There is ample parking on the drive for several cars . The house is surrounded by mature gardens, The pool can be heated (upon request) There are several lounge areas to sit and socialise and enjoy that well deserved drink.
There is a gas BBQ for those evenings in and an Alfresco dining area that seats 8 people comfortably.
In the cooler months there is a patio heater so can still sit outside and enjoy yourself.
The inside lounge is air conditioning and you can sit in comfort and watch Satellite TV , there is wide range of DVD to keep you entertained and for the children there is a playstation and a wii with games to keep them amused
The kitchen is fully equip with Dishwasher and there is washing machine and dryer should you need them.
A Daily cleaning service can be provide upon request(must be booked in advance of your stay for an additional cost)

The best golf courses in Spain are all located within a 20 minute drive including Valderrama which holds the European tour event the Andalusian masters in October

The house is managed by a local agent and is fully available throughout your stay and is located only 10 minutes from the villa .The owner is also contactable via email and phone during your stay to answer any queries you may have.

Please note that during the summer months ( July to 1st week of September) there is a minimum stay period of 7 days operating, with a changed over day on a Thursday.

There is book in the house that will gives you details of all the local points of interest, plus Restaurants , supermarkets ,Golf clubs beach clubs,,water parks etc
