Purpose-made well-priced pied-a-terre for Soto/San Roque
Brand new refurb, very clean and conveniently situated apart from a little road noise at times. In warmer weather the pool would be great (was there in Feb). Happy.

Great base to discover Sotogrande and its surroundings
Recently refurbished duplex with two balconies, clean and with all the necessary amenities, access to great swimming pool (one for adults and one for children), parking and air conditioning. The owner was readily available for any request or question and the property was very pleasantly decorated. Fully furnished kitchen and handy washing machine. Great to alsp have a toilet next to the kitchen / living room. Definitely recommend it.

Lovely apartment with beautiful communal gardens
We had a lovely stay in this clean and well equipped apartment. It was exactly as described, and all communication with the owner was responded to swiftly and helpfully. The pool and gardens are beautifully kept and were enjoyed by us very much. We would definitely stay again.
