With breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea, located on one of St. Maarten’s finest beaches, Cupecoy Beach, this spacious two-bedroom condo at the Cliff offers everything you need for a perfect stay with your friends or/and family.

The Cliff is proud to present its great pools: The infinity pool Overlooking the Ocean perfect for a sunset moment, the nice kid's pool, and the indoor half Olympic pool, perfect for a swimming session

The condo’s interior is bright, with a white color and well finished with a combination of modern furnishing. The main living space, facing the ocean, features an open-concept design with large and comfortable white sofa. This space is open to the adjacent dining room with a design table with seating for six and the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors, just off the dining room and living room, lead to a large balcony with a seating area, perfect for breakfast or watching sunsets.

Up to four guests (+ kids sleep in Crib) are able to comfortably sleep in this condo. The two bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace through sliding doors.

The master bedroom, features a comfortable king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, safe and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom, has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony.

Even if the property has its own beach access, there’s also one of the finest beach "Mullet bay" only one minute walking.

In the Cliff residence's backyard you’ll find palm trees and tropical greenery along with a path, perfect for cooling off on warm days. It’s surrounded by a terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and the outdoor pool. There is also an indoor heated lap pool, a SPA, a private tennis court on site as well as an air-conditioned fitness room facing the ocean, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to keep up your exercise regime.

From the condo’s location on Rhine Road, it’s just seconds to the water, a casino, several restaurants, a minute walk to the finest beach of the island and a golf course and a 1 minute drive to the grocery store and Maho where you can find bars, restaurants and nightlife, hospital and much more.

Paradise, a Beautiful Oasis

Our stay at the Cliff was a memorable vacation. The unit was clean, orderly and had mostly everything that you will need for a week or longer. Initially communication with the host was slow, but once connected with the Property Manager, she resolved and supported our needs. The property has amazing panoramic views of the ocean and 24/7 security. The amenities such as the pool, sauna, and steamer were state of the art and beautiful! The unit could use some upgrades regarding the appliances and the on site jacuzzi/hot tub was inoperable. We had a horrific experience at the on site Spa which is not affiliated with the Cliff, we recommend booking with one of the highly rated Spas off site for massages, etc. Restaurants and a corner deli/grocery store is within walking distance and there's a 5 Star Michelin status restaurant on site. We will definitely return to St. Maarten, it's a friendly Island.

Amazing condo with beautiful views!

The condo was great! The views were amazing and the pool is top notch! Mullet bay is a short walk and a wonderful beach! Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely return!

Large unit ..fairly well equipped, some of the appliances could use replacement. Ice machine didn't work well, dishwasher on last leg, but otherwise a great place!

The Cliff at Cupecoy

We enjoyed our stay. The Cliff is a very nice facility with a new infinity pool and excellent beach-front location, with several grocery stores and restaurants within easy driving (or walking) distance.

Fabulous Place!

I have stayed many places in SXM but this one is by far the best ever...this place is absolutely fabulous...from the space of the unit to the most wonderful view from the balcony! All the staff are helpful and very very nice! I look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful stay! Large beauty SL place! Beautiful view! Tons of room! Location was perfect, right near our AUC where our daughter attends and restaurants small market stores. Great area for parking our rental car. Pool area is very nice. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and hope to be back ourselves!

Beautiful location

The condo was very nice. The location was the best! We were close to many known restaurants and shopping venues. The beach was perfect! The pool was beautiful, especially at night with its twinkling lights. While we were there, there were quite a few elevator issues, but in the condo we had all we needed.

Can’t wait to come back!

This was such a nice stay and we will definitely be back again! The perfect location to shops and there’s even a grocery store within walking distance. The infinity pool is super nice and would be perfect for kids. The beach was secluded with no one ever on it which was nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible view

The unit was clean and located right on the beach. There were minor amenities that were in need of repair but that is normal wherever you stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to fulfill our needs. In addition, the property manager John was always responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and the stay. I would highly recommend this unit if you’re planning a trip to the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cliff. Love the location, views and unit. Communication with John was really easy and he answered any questions we had. I have stayed at several place on SXM and this may be my favorite.

The Cliff

Upon check-in we were informed that the elevator servicing the rental was out of service. we were able to use another that went to the floor above, then walk down a flight of stairs, then walk through several other properties' balconies to reach our property. I finally found it easier to just go up 2 flights of stairs to get there. However, my initial discovery took me through a "homeowners only" lounge. After several trips through there one of my guests were detained by a nasty female security person and aggressively reprimanded during this insulting encounter. When I met the security gaurd for an explanation she called me a liar and was again very disrespectful and insulting. No one had ever mentioned that the 10 step journey through that never occupied room was off limits as a short cut to our unit. If the elevator was working this would have never happened. With that said, the property is very nice, the grounds meticulously maintained and the new pool fantastic. Just beware the broken elevator which has been reported on previous reviews has not been fixed or is broken again and the female security guard that does not like the people she is paid to help.
