Three bedroom 2 bath lake house on Lake Leon. Home sleeps 6 adults comfortably in three private rooms. There are two rollaway beds for kids and a pull-out couch. . Master bedroom has a king, the second/third bedrooms have a queen. Corner lot for privacy. Has a beautiful deck to relax and enjoy the view that looks out at the lake. You will have your own dock that you can fish from and your own boat ramp/dock to launch your boat from. Covered parking - fenced yard for dogs. Beautiful getaway or a great location if in a fishing tournament.

Girls weekend

Plenty of room for us to eat, talk, gossip and laugh. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed sitting outside. The house had everything we needed.

Yearly Fishing Trip

Everything was just as advertised. Property is well kept and equipped. Bonus was the large garage to store our boat and recharge the batteries every evening. Thank you for the hospitality.

We were kinda disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplace and the first night didn’t have wi-Fi

So sorry the storm knocked out the WiFi but glad that we got it working by the end of the first night, we are always available 24-7 as you experienced to help resolve any issues with your stay. The fireplace is not listed as an amenity in the description and is not part of the rental. Thank you for staying with us and we are so glad you found it to be peaceful - it is a great relaxing area on the lake.

We loved our stay the home was very clean and well stocked, the garage was huge and made it easy to load and unload. The private boat ramp has a a small sand bar right next to it so you can beach your boat or put it on the trailer and move under the covered area if a storm hits.The fenced dog area was huge and made it easy for Jax our six month old Weinheimer. But my favorite part was the covered deck and view of the lake so relaxing and beautiful sunsets. Kathy was great! She was very responsive and went out of her way to answer any questions. The only problem was the addresses didn’t match our map app so I had to contact Kathy and her directions made it easy to find.A little pricey but like they say You get what you pay for.

Weekend Getaway

Had another great trip to lake Leon. Can not say enough great things about this rental! Great location on the lake, very responsive host, prefect place to go and relax! You feel secluded but you are just minutes from town if you need anything. Look forward to our next stay.

Amazing/Relaxing weekend getaway!!

House was just what we needed for 4 adults (2 couples) and 4 kids (2 girls and 2 boys). We had a blast. Views were beautiful! House had everything we needed and hosts were very helpful and amazing. BEAUTIFUL views from dock and back porch!

Great location, great neighbor, great cost for what you get

We had a group of 10. The extra bathroom toilet is very small. There were A LOT of wasps despite the owner and us spraying. It’s by a lake and summer so what can you do 🤷🏽‍♀️ We didn’t use the back porch bc of this. Disclaimer for anyone with allergies. The air condition works great in all rooms except the back room attached to the garage. It’s good for groups of 8 or 6. Owner is VERY nice! Met neighbors and they are nice. The property is beautiful! We caught (all together25 fish with 10 being big enough to eat. 🎣 It was a great stay! Would highly recommend to annoying wanting a lake house to rent. Is pet friendly. Bc of the wasp and the stairs I wouldn’t say toddler/younger kid friendly but kids would definitely have fun! We brought our own games but Owner has board games on property also. Used the grill and it works great! Nice little spot for grill. The wasp did bother me there just flew around. Check out process went smooth. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. WiFi works great.. especially for being out by the lake. The sunrise and sunset views of the water are worth the stay alone. It’s a great place to have great fellowship with Friends and Family ❤️

Roomy, comfortable, accessible

Very enjoyable weekend. This property is very clean, comfy, and well kept. Super convenient having your own private boat ramp, large dock, and large lot with a fenced in yard. Deck was very nice and relaxing in the evenings. So thankful of them to allow usage of the garage for parking. Definitely plan on returning and using for our next trip that way!!

Another great long weekend on Lake Leon. Could not ask for a better location on the lake. The house is wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay including a great view of the lake. Property owners are very responsive and great to work with!!

Great getaway.

We needed a little relaxation for a family full of healthcare workers and it was exactly that. Coffee overlooking the lake was a great soul soother.

The location was beautiful, the owners super nice. The Rental wasn’t very clean.

The location was beautiful, the owners very nice. Only complaint I have is that the rental not very clean. There was mice droppings in the study, on and behind the rollaway beds. Mice droppings in the large cooking utensil drawer. The septic backed up, but the owner came right away and fixed the problem.

Yes, Valerie due to the large rainfall that week we did have a septic issue while you were there. You texted me about it at 11:45pm and we were out the very next morning, fixed it,clean the bathroom and apologized for the inconvenience. You were very happy with us, my husband even took pictures of your family for you. We did not know we had any mice. Will certainly be on that, wish you would have shared that concern with us while we were there to handle as well. Hope you enjoyed the wine as our thank you and you had a safe trip back to Montana.

Spring break excursion

We had a wonderful time!!! I was looking for a vacation spot that the grandkids would enjoy and still keep them safe (covid). This place met our expectations and then some!!!! Great home with lots of space, right on the water with a private dock. Back deck & screened porch were awesome for enjoying the views and socializing with family. Neighbors were friendly and gave us feedback on best fishing spots. It was an awesome trip. I've saved this home in my favorites. We definitely plan to use this property again!

We had an amazing time!

The view was beautiful! No words can describe as we sat on the deck watching the sunset. Kathy was very attentive and answered all our questions immediately. We had access to everything and all the amenities you will need for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!

Quick Lake Vacation

We were able to book this Lovely Lake House last minute ! The owners were very accommodating. The Home was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The personal dock and boat ramp made it feel like we owned the lake ! Lol. There is also a car car garage that is very spacious. It fit my F250 easy and my Jetski on the other side, also a Carport near the bot ramp. Would highly recommend renting this Home. The owners were very polite and were readily available for any questions or concerns we had.
