Located conveniently. in Clinton Reef Club Port Clinton OH, it is within walking distance to the Jet Express Ferry to the Lake Erie islands; and waterfront restaurants, and also restaurants and shops in quaint downtown Port Clinton.

>Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed or twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. Perfect for Couples, families or friends!

> Two private balconies, one open to the sky, and the other covered from wind or rain, both with amazing water views!

>Secure easy Keypad entry.

>Wireless internet, flat screen TVs with streaming services.

>Well equipped kitchen.

>Convenient in condo washer and dryer.

>Many books and games available for relaxing time in the condo.

Extra care to cleaning and sanitizing. Also use FPR10 premium heppa filter in furnace/air conditioner to filter the most dust and bacteria from the air. This filter is changed regularly.

> Inviting outdoor pool and hot tub in season overlooking both the marina and Lake Erie.

>Use of two gas grills, picnic tables, a basketball hoop, and fun "boat bar" in the pool area.

>Grounds are very attractive and well maintained.

>Ample close convenient parking available. No assigned spots so you can park anywhere in the lot.

>**********Please Note - The Clinton Reef Marina has 30' docks available with water and electric hook-up that can be rented for a fee per night. If interested, please just let us know and we can connect you with the dock master.

This condo is just as advertised - clean, comfy, and FULLY stocked! Having kids with pet and dust allergies requires us to be selective when it comes to a vacation condo, and this place exceeded our expectations! Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway

We have a long history of time spent in Port Clinton. We wanted a weekend to reminisce about old times and have some fun making new memories. This location was perfectly placed in Port Clinton. The condo was exactly as stated. We enjoyed the balcony and views. The condo had everything you could possibly need and Judy was available to answer any questions and provide any information necessary. We had a great time and recommend this listing. Can't wait to stay again and enjoy the pool. and views.

What a treat to stay at Paul and Judy’s Port Clinton condo! Bright and cheerful unit with a beautiful view of the marina. Fully stocked with little extras like snacks, candy and a bottle of wine! Most comfortable beds! Close to dining and grocery store. We would love to stay again in the future!

Short but relaxing getaway.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Our hosts left a great welcome package for us. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony having our coffee in the morning and wine at night. We had fun at the pool and relaxed at night. We will be back, fo sure.

Port Clinton condo

This condo is convenient, and efficiently and professionally maintained. It has two, water-front balconies which add to the ambiance. Paul and Judy are responsive and caring hosts. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub adjacent to the condo complex, also. You can't beat this as an option to access the islands and Port Clinton areas!

Wonderful Port Clinton Condo

We had an amazing time at this condo. Everything was as pictured. The condo had everything you needed and more! The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect

I stayed with my family of four plus two friends. Everything was exactly as described. The condo was spotless and smelled very nice and clean. All amenities were nice and in good working order. Port Clinton

You can't miss with this comfortable, well-appointed 2 bedroom condo. The owners really try and create a relaxing atmosphere for your getaway. It has 2 lovely balconies that overlook the Portage River Marina. The balconies are covered so you can dine or relax here with no worries. The condo also abuts Lake Erie on the rear side. It is very convenient to downtown Port Clinton and within walking distance to the Jet Express. It was a pleasure!

Memorial Day weekend getaway

We booked this condo for our yearly Memorial Day weekend getaway with friends. We couldn’t have needed anything as the condo was fully stocked with all the amenities! There was a bottle of wine and snacks for our arrival. Condo was very clean and a great location. We enjoyed alot of time on the balcony. There was live music Saturday night on the pier and it was great entertainment. Highly recommend for a spectacular stay at the Lake Erie islands area. Owners are very responsive and are clear on details. They provided plenty of suggestions for restaurants and things to see in the area.

Much Needed Break

From the moment you walk into the condo, you feel like it is your own condo. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very, very quiet. I slept better then I slept in a while. Paul and Julie are Premier Hosts for a reason, the communication/directions and check-in process was top notch, efficient and easy. The condo's grounds itself was very well maintained and everyone that I talked to was very friendly. In addition, the sunsets are so beautiful from the balcony, truly breathtaking. If you need a weekend get-a-way or a few days/nights to recharge yourself, I would highly recommend this condo. Oh - the fishing is pretty outstanding too. : ) Dave R
