This spacious 1400 sq. ft. waterfront unit has the best panoramic view in the complex and is located in the much sought after OCEANFRONT BUILDING among a total of 4 buildings in this resort.

The property is set on 3.5 acres of picturesque waterfront nestled amongst the pristine Gulf Islands of British Columbia overlooking the Strait of Georgia and offers a natural paradise with breathtaking scenery. Savor the sights and sounds of nature like deer, river otters, bald eagles fishing for salmon, wild mink, seals and sea lions.

Try beachcombing, hiking or birdwatching. For a great workout try kayaking on the placid clear waters or have an invigorating tennis game on site. Cool off in the huge 48x28' pool or relax in the spacious hot tub. You are also just minutes from golfing, kayaking, parks, hiking trails, whale watching salmon fishing. Enjoy a gourmet meal at Mahle House Restaurant just 15 minutes north or visit the English style pub, Crow And Gate.

Take a day trip to Tolfino or Long Beach to watch the magnificent Pacific Ocean waves. Or to Parksville for the mile long white sandy beach. Or go to Campbell River to catch the big salmons. So much to do that you would wish that you had more time to stay here.

Great Hideaway!

Overall, a great resort which is very family friendly with warm pool, easy access to a dock, and awesome shoreline. The owners was also very responsive to needs when we had questions.

Beautiful Lakeside Getaway

The entire family enjoyed our stay at this lakeside retreat. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and walking near the water. The rental has everything we needed for our stay and wonderful views all day.

Awesome Property

It was a great get away for 6 weeks from the Alberta cold. The property was perfect. Communications with the Owner and property management was excellent. My wife loved the hot tub. It is only 20-minutes from Duke Point ferry terminal. Again, we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for a family vacation

We rented a condo suite in this resort for a few summers and fell in love with it. So, we begged someone to sell us this waterfront unit.

We have totally renovated to suit our taste, including artworks to reflect the waterfront theme. We welcome guests who share our enjoyment of this condo and who would treat it like their own home.

Why they chose this property

There are many units in this resort, and only a limited few are on the waterfront row. This unit has been renovated tastefully and furnished with high quality furniture.

What makes this property unique

You can choose to be very active on the beach, hiking, swimming, cycling, tennis etc., or just sit back in the leather rocking recliner to watch the view, with a glass of wine or coffee in your hand. Wake up to watch the dramatic sunrise from the front deck, or stroll along the waterfront to watch the romantic moon, listening to the music of the breeze at night.
