Stunning Waterfront Condo With Panoramic Ocean View Newly Renovated
From our tranquil condo retreat, whether you are relaxing indoors or enjoying the invigorating scent of the salt water air on the sundeck, you will be captivated by breathtaking views of the ocean, gulf islands and the mainland mountains.
The sundeck offers a 270 degree vista where you may observe seals, otters and occasionally whales swimming by. Bald eagles soar overhead and Blue Herons perched on the rocky beach scoping out their next meal. You will see boats sailing or motoring through the straight or docking at our deep water pier, and people clam and oyster digging. You may also see people launching there kayaks and canoes at Blue Heron Park, which has the lush forest of Yellowpoint as its backdrop. The Inn of the Sea Resort is situated on 3.5 acres of oceanfront property.
Our end unit is the largest condo in the resort.and has just been fully renovated! A townhouse style up down condo with the main living area located on the top floor, the second bedroom and bath are located on the second floor. It has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 full size bathrooms. Bedding and towels are provided. The living area is open and spacious, yet cozy with its stylish electric fireplace. The unit has all the comforts of home including TV'S, DVDs books board games. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including microwave and dishwasher. All you need to bring is your groceries! Stay connected with wireless internet and free long distance calls.
Enjoy the on site amenities including the oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, tennis court, children's playground, and our beach fire pit. Explore the beautiful beach with tidal pools rich with scrambling baby crabs, tiny fish and large violet starfish hiding in rocky crevices or under the dock. A short distance away you can visit country markets, artisan galleries, a charming English pub [Crow and Gate] or fine dining at the Mahle House in the village of Cedar. If you are a golfer try the Cottonwood Golf Course, a 15 minute drive. You can also rent kayaks or go bungee jumping. Spend a day at Newcastle Island hiking [take along a lunch] and have a nice picnic. In Nanaimo you can enjoy an array of music venues and other cultural events. Also the village of Chemainus has a very active dinner theater. The village buildings display many murals depicting the history of the area.
How about a little peace and quiet away from the rush of daily living? Book early- you will not be disappointed.

About the host
Hosted by Scott Dean
I love meeting new people and telling them about our special island paradise.
Why they chose this property
We discovered the condo on our drive from Victoria to the north Island to visit friends. We stayed over one night and and when we awoke the next morning we thought we were in Heaven, At that moment we decided to purchase the unit for our family. We now rent it out to others to enjoy what we have enjoyed over the past many years.
What makes this property unique
Breathtaking views, spacious, quiet and peaceful. Original local art. Beautifully renovated; it's even better than before!
