About this property

Beautiful views, trails, and close to activities, parks, and restaurants.

Clean and modern space with beautiful views. Right on Bridger Creek and trails for quiet walks in the summer and skiing in the winter. Near Bridger Creek Golf Course, for classic or skate skiing in the winter, or golf in the summer. Trails right out the front door connect to the path to the "M," and it's a short walk or bike to Story Hills Park. Just 14 miles to Bridger Bowl Ski Area and 2 miles from downtown. A perfect spot to get away or settle for a while.

You will have a separate entrance through the front door. Owners (Pete and Jill) come and go through the garage. They and their 2 dogs live on the ground floor and the apartment is comprised of the entryway, stairs, and all of the 2nd floor. It is totally self-contained and private. Please be thoughtful about noise, especially with four guests staying (and we will be too-- our two dogs may bark if there's a noise, but if they do, we're on it quickly. We rarely leave them home unattended). Guests do not access to the backyard or use of the front yard.

We are available if you have questions or concerns, but otherwise, we'll let you enjoy Bozeman on your own.

About the host

Hosted by Pete Coppolillo

Host profile image
We've owned the house since it was built in 2017. Pete runs a conservation nonprofit and works from home, and Jill is an artist and bag maker. We have 2 dogs, Birch (an 11-year-old wirehaired pointing griffon) and Binti (a 2-year-old braque Francais).

Why they chose this property

Enjoy a clean, modern, and comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood with lots to do.

What makes this property unique

Walk, run, ski, or bike on the trails to Bridger creek (just 100 yards away), or to the "M" and Drinking Horse (1.8 miles), where you can connect to hundreds of miles of trails in the Gallatin National Forest. Story Mill Park and the Glen Lake Rotary Park (formerly East Gallatin Recreation Area), are also close by and reachable via the trails, as is Bridger Creek Golf course for golf in the summer and groomed nordic skiing in the winter.

The new Cannery District is just 5 minutes away, with shopping and restaurants (sushi, Mexican, Asian fusion, and craft cocktails), and downtown is 10 minutes.
