Rain, Snow or Sunshine we would love for you to spend your visit to Montana in our guest house. If your visiting Montana you already know it is a great place to be any season. So, whether you're visiting Montana for leisure, fishing, hunting, rodeo, kayaking, boating, skiing, snowmobiling, golfing or just passing through our beautiful state we have the perfect little guest house by the river that will allow access to all these activities and more. We are an hour or less drive to your favorite activity. Check in time is 4:00 p.m., Check out time is 11:00 a.m. (Unless other arrangements have been made with us)
Our guest house is nestled in the Gallatin Valley within steps from the East Gallatin River which runs through our property. We offer free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, front deck and a BBQ gas grill, parking is right in front of guest house. We're 6 miles north of Bozeman, 45 minutes from Big Sky and just one hour from Yellowstone National Park.
This little gem is located out in the country on a working farm, so you're truly exposed and can experience living on a genuine Montana farm. Wake up to nature's sounds and nestle into a cozy bed in the evening. Prepare your favorite meals in our charming fully equipped kitchen. While relaxing on our log cabin deck you can enjoy the gorgeous views of the Bridger Mountains or take a walk along the river. Very often a few White Tail Deer, Canada Geese and other waterfowl walk or fly through the land. Don't be surprised if an occasional friendly bunny or robin stops by.
We offer tours of the farm where we grow crops such as alfalfa, wheat, orchard grass, barley and peas. You can visit our friendly critters which consist of alpacas, one great white pyrenees ( Laramie), our chickens, sheep, cows and of course our yellow lab Cheyenne and her little buddy Cody. You can take a tour of the iconic Dairy Barn and parlor which is now a home for our Alpacas and during lambing season our Ewes. If season allows you can experience how the crops are grown, maintained and harvested if interested.
You can fish the East Gallatin River which is steps away from the guest house. Enjoy many activities such as fishing, hiking, skiing, Bozeman Hot Springs, Chico or Norris Hot Springs, hunting, horse back riding, Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky Ski Resort, downtown Bozeman's restaurants, museums, live theater. During summer and fall months enjoy our live Music on Main Street or Shakespeare in the Park.
If you are traveling and need a place to board your horse we can accommodate you. We accept up to two horses and have plenty of room to park your horse trailer. (Prior Arrangements should be made) There are also several riding arenas nearby.

Very easy check in. The host was very kind and helped me locate an extra key when I accidentally locked the door. They had cute animals on the farm. Beautiful view from the front porch. 10/10 stay.
We had a great stay. Very peaceful and was able to uber into town. Also very convenient to both Bozeman and the airport. Would definitely stay here again!
It was an INCREDIBLE experience, the owners were great and very caring. So much life and peace here. I would definitely return here in the summertime. Thank you to this wonderful couple and it was a great and productive Valentine’s Day weekend for me!
Had a fantastic stay! The home was very clean apon arrival. They grounds are fabulous! River on property and all the animals were so cool to interact with! Cant wait to stay again and we recommend staying! Hosts were easy to contact as well if needed. Cheers
Such a great property. We were on the go most of the time, but would have loved to have more time to hang out with all the cool animals. Cute space and private. Very close to the airport and easy to get into Bozeman. Luanna was super helpful giving us suggestions prior to our stay. Thanks again, we had a blast!
Overall, a great spot! The place looked just like the photos and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed and felt right at home. Would definitely recommend to others and would be happy to come back again
Had an amazing time. Bruce and Luanne were so kind and friendly. We absolutely loved the animals and were able to fish and even caught rainbow trout. The cabin was wonderful and we plan on going back again to stay.
If you are looking for a fantastic place to spend a week in Bozeman, this is the place. Very quiet and only 6-minutes from the airport. I'll stay here again!!!

Beautiful property and gorgeous sunsets! We enjoyed watching the peacocks, alpacas and being greeted by Shiloh (the dog)! It had everything we needed for a two night stay.

Clean place and wonderful host. It was the first time we'd been to MT so we were surprised. However, we go back to this location in a heartbeat...clean, comfortable, cozy.
Bruce and I are a retired couple that now Farm/Ranch in Southwest Montana. We wanted to share the experience of country life with our guests. We have many animals. They include , Alpacas, Steers, Sheep, Chickens , Peacocks & Barn Cats. Two dogs, Shiloh, our Red Fox Lab, Cody our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Rascal our house cat. We farm Wheat, Barley, Peas , Alfalfa and Orchard Grass.
We also have allot of wildlife on the property. White Tail Deer, Waterfowl, an occasional Black Bear and Moose, amongst other critters.
We give small farm tours for whom ever is interested.
We also Have the East Gallatin River run through our propert as well as the Bridger Mountains as a view.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because it has the Rast Gallatin River running through it as well as the gorgeous backdrop of the Bridger Mountains.
Your close enough to Bozeman and Belgrade, but yet feel Like your secluded when your here.
Both North and West entrance to Yellowstone is jus a little over an hour away from us.
We also the famous porch which seems to be a guest favorite.
