Large apartment in villa, private pool, garden.

We are pleased to open our family home where we live. We put at your disposal the main floor ideal for four people that we renovated and decorated keeping the state of mind of our parents who were great travelers and lovers of contemporary architecture.
Near the village of L'Escarène, in a very quiet environment, our villa is in a green setting or sings a river that you can discover.
Taking advantage of the natural relief of the land, we designed a landscaped garden, composed of many flower beds. (We use natural fertilizers, our compost and no pesticides).
The swimming pool you can enjoy includes a jacuzzi and swimming against the current. Deck chairs and a pergola will invite you to idleness.

380 m from the village of Escarène, you will find our property. Parking is available as well as a garage (limited to a vehicle of 4. 25 m max).
Access to the villa (located below the road) is via a staircase.
The spacious apartment (112 m2), comfortable, bright, sunny, is designed on one level.
The door opens onto a lobby that invites you into a large living room dining area and porch overlooking the huge sun terrace with serene nature views.
The kitchen adjoining the dining room is fully equipped.
A first bedroom suite style "Arabian Nights" opens onto the terrace. The second bedroom is Zen style.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
The toilets are independent.

Truly fantastic

We had the most wonderful week at this beautiful and incredibly well equipped property - fabulous pool, amazing house - we had such a fantastic welcome from Francis, Isabelle and Florence - the property is really well situated - everything you may need in L’Escarene and so many places to visit by car and train - cannot recommend highly enough and would love to visit again! Thank you for a truly fantastic and memorable holiday

Pour découvrir l’arrière-pays

Appartement très confortable et doté de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour agréable en famille ou entre amis: vaisselle, lingerie, décoration, espace… Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Cependant, la route pour s’y rendre peut présenter un défi aux personnes peu habituées aux routes étroites et aux virages en épingle, comme tout l’arrière-pays d’ailleurs. À part ce point, cet appartement me semble idéal pour décrocher et passer de belles vacances

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Hinterland von Nizza

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im ruhigen hügeligen Hinterland der Cote d'Azur. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und waren wie Freunde für uns. Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der top gepflegte Pool liegt paradiesisch in einem wunderschönen Garten. Merci Isabelle, Florence und Francis.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Der Pool liegt in dem schön gestalteten Garten. Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen.

Tres bien / uitstekend!

Zeer plezierig verblijf met uiterst gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaren. Rustige omgeving, prachtig zwembad. Mooi huis met veel ruimte. Korte afstand van Nice, Monaco etc. Kortom zeer fijn!

Traumvilla ! Villa de rêve !

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Das gesamte Anwesend ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand, alles wird sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die Wohnung, wo wir gewohnt haben, ist sehr groß, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles dabei, was man brauchen könnte. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Der sehr große Pool war ein Traum! Die Besitzer sind Menschen mit einem großen Herzen, wie man selten begegnet! Zudem waren sie stets hilfsbereit, hatten immer sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Region.

Séjour à l'escarène

Très bon séjour dans la maison de famille de Francis, Isabelle et Florence. L'accueil a été très chaleureux avec notre petite chienne de 4 mois. L'intérieur de l'appartement est spacieux et la terrasse permet de profiter de bons repas au soleil avec vue dégagée. Bien que situé dans la maison des propriétaires, vous bénéficiez d'une vraie intimité et de l'exclusivité de la piscine (très bien entretenue, merci Francis !). Le jardin est aussi très agréable car sans vis-a-vis et assez éloigné de la route. C'est donc très calme. L'environnement de la maison est exceptionnel , entre mer et montagne, vous aurez un vaste choix d'activités et balades. Un grand merci à Francis, Isabelle et Florence pour votre accueil et nos échanges sur la région et les voyages ! Nous reviendrons vous voir dans votre belle région ! Marina, Arnaud, Lisa et Sally.

Great house in amazing region

We are very happy about our stay. The hosts are extremely friendly. We arrived earlier and Could check in immediately. Everything is present in the house - all comfort. Nice, modern and clean. The pool was completely private during our stay. The region is amazing: 20 min from Nice, 20 min from Monaco. A lot to do! Certainly worth going!

un très bel endroit

belle maison familiale chargée d'histoire. nous avons profité de tout un étage de la maison ou rien ne manque. lieu fidèle à la description. grand balcon-terrasse ou vous pouvez déjeuner sans problèmes. piscine accueillante. si vous n'avez pas peur des routes en lacet, visitez luceram, peillon et peille, villages typiques de l'arrière pays niçois. une mention particulière pour la bibliothèque des propriétaires, très riche en ouvrage sur l'orient et l'asie.

Summer holiday with family in L'Escarène

We (family with one daughter; Freiburg area, Germany) have spent a wonderful time in L'Escarène and the surroundings in the second half of August 2020 (just before the start of the Tour de France in Nice). The appartment is very nice, spacious and well equipped and offers a beautiful swimming pool embedded in a lovely garden. In the morning or evening one can profit from the nice terrace which is ready-furnished like an open-air lounge. Notably, the whole area seems to be pretty safe and the people are quite friendly (especially if you speak some French). The landlords are very helpful and charming people and they can provide detailed information concerning the surroundings as well as hiking tours in the Mercantour parc. Grossery shopping, gas station, drug store etc. can be reached by car in about 15 to 20 minutes. The village itself offers a small grossery shop, bar/restaurant+pizzeria and pharmacy. Moreover, one can reach Nice by car inbetween 30 to 40 minutes. Especially if you like a quiet place with beautiful nature and if you are not hesitating to explore the départment Alpes-Maritimes by car you will never experience a dull moment during your vacation because you have the choice between mountains and the sea side/beaches of the Côte d'Azur. Séjour parfait sur la Côte d'Azur

Logement et terrasse spacieux et parfaitement équipé au milieu d'un jardin fleuri remarquable et d'une piscine lovée dans un écrin de verdure sans vis-à-vis aucun. Calme et tranquillité rythmé par le ronronnement de la rivière en contrebas. Contact amical avec les propriétaires qui logent au dessus et en dessous du logement (maison familiale divisée en 3 niveaux). Vacances vraiment sympa ; le soleil, la mer et la beauté de la côte d'Azur font le reste...

A wonderful retreat in beautiful surroundings!

A lovely spacious apartment with idyllic views! The pool area is very private & the gardens are stunning! The property is situated in a wonderful location for those who value natural beauty & peacefulness. There’s lots of beautiful & interesting places to explore nearby, however you will require your own transport! The owners are warm, friendly & speak excellent English. The online listing did document that beach towels & a hair dryer was provided, although neither were in the apartment, however the owners happily provided the beach towels when we asked & loaned us their own hairdryer! The only thing I would say is an iron & ironing board would have been appreciated, therefore perhaps it’s a good idea to supply these for the comfort of future guests! Thank you Francis, Isabelle & Florence for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home & your kindness! Guido & I had a wonderful holiday which we will always remember fondly 😘
