Situated right in the heart of the historic Lagos old town wit all the shops, cafes and restaurants at the doorstep.


If exploring the local area is your favourite past time on holiday, then look no further; this house is the perfect base, never more than a couple of minutes' walk from the beaches, shops and restaurants.

Located on a peaceful street in the historic old town, this renovated carpenter's workshop has been transformed into a beautiful holiday escape with three bedrooms.

On the 2nd floor there is the master bedroom with Air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom and with it's own private terrace overlooking the town, perfect for enjoying a good book and drink before going out for dinner in one of the many quality restaurants Lagos has to offer.

Downstairs is a spacious living and dining area with a modern fitted kitchen and a comfortable sofa for relaxing after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing. The TV has Portuguese and German channels, BBC World news and a range of entertainment channels via cable TV. The WiFi has been also installed.

Up on the 1st floor is the twin bedroom, shower-room and the extra room with the 1.9m bed and trundle which pulls out from under it.

This house would be great for two couples holidaying together, or a family with up to four children.

Zentral aber ruhig

Das Haus liegt super zentral in der Altstadt und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es hat an Einrichtung alles was benötigt wird. Die Übergabe und Rückgabe lief super. Danke an Rémy. Durch direkte bauliche Veränderung in der Umgebung sind die Fotos leider nicht mehr aktuell. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Mitten im Leben

Wir haben unsere Tage in Lagos genossen. Das Haus entspricht dem Inserat, war sehr sauber und liegt am Rand der lebhaften Altstadt und so sind alle Wege kurz. Unsere Erwartungen sind voll erfüllt worden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war entspannt und sehr freundlich.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Perfekte Lage. Toller Bäcker und kleiner Laden fast vor der Tür. Strände und Stadtzentrum schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung prima, alles für einen tollen Urlaub. Die Zeit ist viel zu schnell vorbei gegangen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Emplacement idéal en ville avec ses avantages et ses inconvénients ( très bruyant toute la nuit)- Maison présentée comme 3 chambres mais quand vous arrivez à 4 personnes, seulement 4 lits sont faits dans 2 chambres.... la 3 eme ressemble d’avantage à un bureau qu'a Une chambre. La climatisation pourrait être installée dans toutes les chambres. l’electromenager Vieillit ( Four HS, micro onde sans plateau...). Enfin l’agence qui gère est inefficace et désagréable. Pour le reste vacances au top! L’ensemble est plus que satisfaisant.

Vi hadde ett flott opphold i Lagos og vi var godt fornøyd med ferieboligen. Huset ligger sentralt i gamle byen, og kort vei til alt. Pluss for takterrasse.

The beautiful house is owned by a young German couple who have entrusted us to take care of it for them. We see visit and air the house every week so we know that when we have guests stay, it will be in tip top condition. We will be meeting you on arrival at the property and always just a phone call away should you need us.

Why they chose this property

Great care has been taken in restoring this house, maintaining its charm whilst using making modern improvements to improve its comfort. A main door property (no-one above or below) situated on a quiet street but with everything within a short stroll away, a great base for exploring Lagos and the surrounding area.
