L’arrivée de fait très facilement avec Claude qui est arrangeant! Tout était propre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est rustique mais fonctionnelle. La terrasse donne sur la rue mais il y a très peu de passage. Très calme

Tolle Unterkunft zum Erholen.,

Wieder waren wir begeistert von diesem kleinen aber feinen Häuschen mitten in Houlgate. Wir kommen bestimmnt wieder !

location décevante et trompeuse

Emplacement idéal mais le prix est trop élevé pour la qualité de l'offre. Tout d'abord, la vue sur la mer de la photo est celle de la petite salle de bain avec wc prise du velux. En réalité, la maison est orientée côté rue. La maison est attenante à une villa typique qui était en travaux de ravalement avec des ouvriers pendant notre séjour! Le canapé du séjour est vieux et hors d'usage, avec un matelas en mousse déchiré. Et nous avons eu froid : le petit chauffage de la chambre à l'étage marchait mais nous n'avons pas réussi à faire marcher le chauffage de la salle où nous dormions. Nous nous sommes sentis abusés. Nous connaissons bien la région et c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive.

Une petite maison très bien placée

Elle est très bien placée - et petite : une chambre au 1er et une salon - cuisine avec canapé lit au rez de chaussée. L'on dispose de tout le nécessaire et l'on peut s'installer sur la terrasse pour profiter du grand air. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la situation à 6-7 minutes à pied de la rue des Bains, et le propriétaire qui est à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons très volontiers.

Séjour très agréable à Houlgate

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison de type chalet à la mer. La maison est proche de la plage mais également de la halle (marché). La voiture peut être garée facilement dans la rue. L'emplacement est idéal ! Très bon accueil également.

Très jolie maisonnette

Séjour très agréable chez Claude , toujours aussi accueillant , petite maison très pratique , à deux pas de la plage , des commerces , on peut garer la voiture et tout faire à pied . Deuxième séjour pour nous et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Bon sejour en famille à houlgate

Les anciennes ecuries de la belle villa ont été rénovées et décorées avec goût. L'accès au parc est un plus pour les enfants. Plage et commerces à pieds en quelques miinutes. Une station familiale à recommander beaucoup de propositions

Reppsant et calme

La maison est très bien située, la ville, la plage et la région sont très jolies, en connaissant l'endroit cela nous a été très famillier. Agréable d'entendre le bruit de la mer :) . Peut être qu'on pourra ajouter un peu d'ustensiles pour la cuisine... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Claude et bonnes vacances.

Een heerlijk compact huisje voor ons drieën

We werden warm welkom geheten door de eigenaar van het huisje, we kwamen erg laat aan maar dat was geen probleem. Boven is een fijne en ruime slaapkamer met uitzicht op zee. De badkamer is klein maar prima. Het strand en de winkels zijn dichtbij. Houlgate is een prachtige badplaats.
