About the host
Hosted by Hazen Martin

We are a retired couple who dreamed of building a one of a kind treehouse. We are pleased to share that treehouse with you!
Why they chose this property
We love how this property is forested and private so you feel worlds away from it all but in actuality a town with all your needs is only 5 minutes away. Across the street from the property is access to the Downeast Sunrise Trail where you will find miles upon miles of hiking, mountain biking, ATVing and snowmobile trails on the old railroad bed. The Treehouse is also centrally located for exploring Acadia National Park or Bar Harbor as they are only about a 30 minute drive away. Our favorite Acadia spot is actually the lesser known Schoodic Point. Lastly, Momos Cheesecake is only about a mile from us and their cheesecake is the best we’ve had. We hope you love our treehouse and location as much as we do and have an amazing getaway among the trees!
What makes this property unique
While the fact that this is a Treehouse makes it unique, we wanted to elevate the experience by offering a luxurious stay. Enjoy amenities like a two-person jacuzzi, a two-person sauna, and a steam shower and during the summer months, don’t miss the chance to refresh in the outdoor shower. We also prioritize comfort, providing cozy, high-quality beds so you can truly relax. Just because you’re living out your childhood treehouse dreams doesn’t mean you have to rough it.
