This holiday home, whose interior has been completely renovated at the beginning of the year, has a large terrace overlooking the sea and is located on a plot of 700 m2, next to the beach Kercambre in Saint Gildas-de -Rhuys, A 100% leisure village (water sports, golf, tennis, walks, cultural visits)
Capacity: up to 8 people
In RDC, 1 big stay, 1 equipped kitchen, with buanderie in cupboard, 1 corner harms (1 room, 1 room of bath, 1 TOILET)
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet.

• in a dead end of a quiet residential area

• sea view - you can see from the house the famous offshore islands: Houat Island and Hoëdic Island
• Only 200 meters from a family beach, Kercambre Beach and the coastal path
• 2 km from the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its shops and its market
• a wide choice of leisure for everyone nearby (water sports, golf, tennis, thalassotherapy center of Port Croeusty, walks, cultural visits)
