We had a lovely stay in Grayhawk with our family. The house was as described, beautiful, clean, welcoming and spot on for our needs. We enjoyed the pool, cooking on the grill and good family time. The location is great to freeways, restaurants, golf, shopping and everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!!

What an amazing first experience using Vrbo .

The house is updated with all of the latest bells and whistles. The pool and the pool area were lovely. There is a hot tub, but we did not use it. We used the pool table and the ping-pong table and just really enjoyed ourselves on this trip. thank you for your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The rooms were spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. The king-size beds in every room was a very nice perk as well. The hot tub, fire pit, and beautiful pool were all amenities that made this stay worthwhile and worthy of a return trip. We will be back!

Nice house and great neighborhood

House was nice and very clean. It is in a great neighborhood with quick and easy access to the Hwy 101 loop. Close to entertainment, golf, hiking, restaurants, and shopping! The pool was nice and in good condition. I would say there was plenty of room for up to10 people. The house had a nice and well stocked kitchen. Would certainly stay again!

Perfect getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time in Scottsdale. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Could not have been more comfortable. The house was stocked with all the necessities as well. I did realize I forgot my speaker to listen to music. I emailed the owners to see if they had one and within hours a speaker was delivered from Amazon. Such gracious hosts!!

Great house, location, and hosts!

We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The house was super clean, modern, and comfortable with awesome features and amenities throughout. We personally loved the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit! The location was great too with attractions and restaurants nearby. Kimberly and John were fantastic hosts! They were incredibly responsive and their communication was great. They supplied us with everything that we needed for the house as well as some local restaurant and attraction recommendations. Overall, we had a great family vacation and we are already looking forward to our next stay here!

A wonderful family vacation!

The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms with everything you would need from shampoo, conditioner, soap, Q-tips, and even makeup remover. The inflatable shark for the pool was a huge hit! The beds and pillows were all brand new, high end and very comfortable. The heated pool was wonderful for the young kids especially since it was a bit cool and rainy in March. Communication with John was exceptional. When I had questions about how to operate the water feature and gas fireplace, he contacted me within minutes. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you!

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

This is the second time renting with Kimberly and John. We spent Thanksgiving week with family and the house was a perfect set-up for us. My son and family took the master suite, plenty of room, and allowed the little ones to go to bed early without the rest of the house waking them. The center of the house had a pool table and dining table. The other side consisted of three more bedrooms, two bathrooms, an exercise room, kitchen and family room. Lots of extra cabinet space in the kitchen for groceries for the week and all the kitchen accessories you would need. Large TV in the comfortable family room which was an extension of the kitchen. We took advantage of the both the heated pool and hot tub. Made use of the exercise equipment which included a treadmill, stationary bike, stair stepper, Pilates machine, bench and bands. House is in a great location in the Grayhawk area. Plenty of walking trails and close to many playgrounds right in the neighborhood (our favorite was at the intersection of E Rustling Pass and 75th Way). Close to many supermarkets, restaurants, movie theater and shops. Easy access to hywys.

Absolutely Amazing Property... we loved it!!!!!

This house is STUNNING and the renovation was very well done. Everything in this home has been upgraded and done so well that it felt like a brand new home. It is spacious and very beautifully decorated The house was extremely clean and John and Kimberly certainly were meticulous in the selection of furnishings (which not only looked great but was very comfortable). Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips and even make-up wipes really give it a feel of a high end hotel. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and even provided olive oil and spices for cooking. The backyard felt like we were staying at our own private resort with brand new and very comfortable outdoor furniture and fireplace. These owners have thought of EVERYTHING to make their guests' stay as pleasant as possible. Our family has been staying in VRBO properties in Scottsdale for many years and this home was most the beautiful and well-managed by far. Kimberly and John are beyond attentive and caring about your stay! I was impressed with the binder that contained instructions for the home and also contained local maps to restaurants and places of interest (nice touch). This is an exceptional property that will not disappoint. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
