Not only is the Hanalei Bay Resorts' pool one of the best on Kauai, the views from this one bedroom condo are amazing. Beautiful sunsets, Hanalei Bay, the Na Pali Coast and Bali Hai are just some of the views that the individually owned condos can provide. You will enjoy full access to all of the resort amenities, including the two swimming pools, eight tennis courts, bell & shuttle service as needed, resort concierge, front desk and more.

Hanalei Bay Resort is in close proximity to the many restaurants, beaches and activities of the North Shore. A 7 min walk to the St. Regis Hotel provides other dining options, pool side bar and other amenities you can choose from. A short drive from your Kauai Paradise condo is the Princeville Center. Loaded with shopping, grocery store, gas station and many options for dining. Also close by are two of the best Kauai golf courses to enjoy during your vacation.

Mountain views

Beautiful grounds, nice beach with shade trees when desired, staff available for rides up and down steep path to beach. Loved sitting in bed in the morning looking out at the mountains and waterfall.

Perfect Spot in Kauai!!

Hanalei Bay Resort is a great place to stay on the North Shore and this condo is First Class all the way! The views are incredible!! We originally rented this condo on 2015 when my now husband proposed and this latest trip (April 5, 2024) we got married on Pu’u Poa beach (walking distance from the condo down the trail). It was perfect! Even with the rain! We definitely will be back!

Amazing stay

Place was just as described. We spent a week in Kauai and one of my favorite memories will be sitting on the lanai drinking coffee looking at that view. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful, well-equipped, but too noisy for us

We enjoyed our first stay at HBR in Jeff’s condo (located in Heliconia-15). Jeff is a thoughtful host who has beautifully furnished this condo with comfortable furniture, old-Hawai’i inspired decor, and nice patio sets. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking our own meals. The king size bed was firm and supportive, and there were lots of pillows and blankets available. The pros of being in Heliconia-15 are: close to parking lot, main building, pools, and grilling station. This unit is also is a top-floor, corner unit with views of the Na Pali mountains. The view of the jungle from the lanais was stunning. Despite all this, the cons of this location would prevent us from staying in Heliconia-15 again. It is immediately behind the main building where a massive HVAC system provides a constant thrumming sound. The flurry of golf carts coming to/from the service area adjacent to the HVAC meant that noise was ongoing and reduced the privacy of this unit. Finally, a single ramp provides level-entry to Heliconia-15 and this unit is the first one, so everyone coming to/from this block walks past this unit. The thumping from foot falls are audible in the bedroom while trying to sleep. We are still giving 5 stars because this is not within Jeff’s control, and every block in HBR has pros and cons - you just have to find what’s right for your family. Jeff is an amazing host and we would gladly stay with him again in another one of his properties. Mahalo!

Beautiful location and property. You will not be disappointed... Just be aware of the fees, cleaning, checkin and parking. I will be back but next time for a longer stay.

Aloha future guests!! Welcome to our condo at Hanalei Bay Resort. My wife and I looked for a long time to find the perfect property in Kauai. HBR is a wonderful and amazing place. We are truly blessed to be able to share our island dream with you. We have two amazing children and 3 dogs.. We wish we could bring them with us on vacation but the trip is just too long.

My wife and I have been together for more than 27 years! We met in college and have been together ever since. Having a place to share with others has been a lifetime dream of ours and it has finally come true. Please contact us if you have any questions. Why they chose this property

Hanalei Bay Resort offers everything you can ask for. There are not many resorts on the island of Kauai that offer a beach on property! Just a 5 min walk down the path and you are standing on Puu Poa Beach. One of the best locations to watch the sunset. Head back to the resort and you have an amazing pool with swim up bar, poolside massage (available upon request), the most beautifully landscaped grounds on the island and more.

Happy Talk opens about 3pm for all of your favorite drinks and dining. Kids are welcome here at anytime. Live music at night, great food, TV's playing the sporting events of the day and great conversation about your day.

You truly are staying at the best resort on the North Shore of Kauai. We might be a little bias but you will find out for yourself.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is on the top floor with no stairs to climb. It is nestled in the hillside and sits above all the other units on property. When sitting on one of the two lanai's, you will be amazed with the mountain views... I really can't describe what it looks like in person. The pictures that are attached, I took with my iPhone! Last trip I counted 21 waterfalls coming down after the rain.

We have beach chairs, a wagon to load up to make the day a bit easier for you, a cooler or two to bring along, snorkel masks, etc. You will have pretty much everything you need for a perfect vacation.
