New flooring and paint 11/22! Located at the private end of the resort, this spacious one bedroom condo has views that display Kauai at its finest! The surrounding mountains, the aqua waters of the ocean and the famous Bali Hai will be enjoyed as a backdrop as you sit on the lanai enjoying outdoor living. The full kitchen will accommodate meal preparation for convenience but perhaps you might prefer an evening at the bar/lounge located on site. The bathroom has upgrades of tile in the stand up shower as well as bathroom and kitchen flooring. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach cooler. The resort has many amenities to keep you busy some to include, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a fire pit arena, tennis courts and a fitness center. Furthermore the direct beach access is a bonus and is rare for Princeville complexes. Kauai is home to miles of amazing pristine beaches and a whole array of fun activities such as kayaking, golfing, zip lining, surfing, hiking and much more. You will have a vacation of a lifetime. Hanalei Bay vacation #4

Great view. Clean place. Nice furnishings. Very nice resort. Minor issue with a bedroom tv that had intermittent times to get it working properly.

we had rats!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: yes, we literally had rats in our unit eating our food and and the property manager refused to do anything.

Fabulous property with gorgeous vistas. Hanalei bay Beach was beautiful. Nice snorkeling and swimming. Room was very spacious and kitchen large and clean. Highly recommend and would come back here next time we come to Kauai. Loved it!!

Gorgeous Property!

This was our third time in this unit. It is in a quiet corner of the resort, very fairly priced, and the view is phenomenal. I had great communication with the property manager about a minor issue we had as well.
