Villa located in secured residence "Les Marines" with shared pool (open July and August), and the sea just 2 minutes away. This villa has a mezzanine with 2 single beds and downstairs there is a second bedroom with double bed , a well fitted kitchen, shower room, separate toilet. There is also air-conditioning in the bedrooms which is a great advantage. Outside, a new conservatory - and two terraces well fenced ( one smaller with 2 sun lounges/ one with barbecue) and one parking place in the residence. Pet not allowed
Equipments: television, toaster, large fridge with a part freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron+board, micro-wave, real oven, washing machine…CLEANING FEES INCLUDED
