Architect's villa, 140 M2, quiet area, near beach and bike path
Come and relax in an architect house of 140 m2 with every comfort. Located in a quiet and residential area, close to the beach, the bike path nearby, a few minutes from shops, you are close to everything.
The house has a master suite with its bathroom and 3 bedrooms. All are equipped with beds 140 * 190 cm, with new bedding. Its fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee dolce gusto) will allow you to prepare meals and appetizers without worries.
The bright living room with a large sofa, (TV and Wifi), sleeps no problem 8 people if it is a little cool. Its panoramic bay window overlooking a large panoramic terrace of 80 m² with views of the Pyrenees, not overlooked and provided with a ping pong table, will let you enjoy the sun all day.
Capbreton 5 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bike (bike path nearby), Hossegor 10 minutes, Bayonne 15 minutes and San Sebastian 1 hour, you can radiate quickly all over the Basque coast.
Many activities in Labenne: mountain biking, surfing, water park, thalassotherapy, zoo, reptilarium, skate park, pumptrack.
Upon your arrival, you will be received by Céline, our concierge who will be at your disposal during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact her in advance to help you prepare your stay.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
