Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

No Elevators: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 4th floor.
No Parking: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.

Ideal location, clean condo, and great communications

We couldn't be happier with this property! It's close enough to the beach, at walking distance to delicious restaurants—we didn't even need to rent a car. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to by groceries and prepare our own food when we didn't feel like going out. The bed was super comfy, so we slept incredibly well. And last but not least, the condo was very clean, which we particularly appreciated. Will come back again.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very conveniently located just a couple of blocks from Waikiki beach, the Zoo, plenty of shopping, and restaurants. We felt safe, and even in the middle of all the busy-ness of Waikiki, it was surprizingly quiet. The Police station is not far, so that makes things feel secure as well. This little apartment is just as you see it, charming, but a bit dated. I think it's important to note that its on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator. Our shower was plugged up, so we called and they came right away! We also really appreciated the nice big walk in closet! We'd stay here again.

Great location, Needs updates

The property itself was in a great location! Easy access to the beach, shopping, hikes, and great food. The alley it’s located on has several awesome food trucks (highly recommend the Munchbox!) but the room itself was a little disappointing. Pictures are old and outdated, the walls need paint, the floors are totally trashed, light fixtures are not attached to the wall, one of the fans doesn’t work and the light is broken. The dresser next to the bed is missing it’s doors. By no means did it affect our vacation any, but it certainly wasn’t what we were expecting.
