**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL**

This fully renovated and immaculate 1 bedroom unit is located in the Aqua Pacific Monarch in the heart of Waikiki. Only one block and a half away from the beautiful world famous Waikiki beach!

The unit is on the 18th floor, and sleeps up to 4 guests. The unit is equipped with 2 twin beds in the bedroom and a pull out queen size sofa bed (replaced Jan2024, not pictured) in the living room, and a huge lanai to relax, enjoy the view, and feel the cool Hawaiian breezes.
FREE Wifi and Cable are provided with the rental for your enjoyment.

Linen for beds and sofa couch provided, along with one set of bath towels per guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes. A coin-operated laundry room is available on the 3rd floor.

The building has a rooftop amenity deck with stunning 360 degree panoramic views of Waikiki Beach and the city! Enjoy the sunset from the rooftop and relax in the pool, jet spa or sauna.
Also included on the rooftop deck is a hospitality room where you can gather with friends and even host your own happy hour. The large hospitality room is adjacent to the pool and includes a big screen TV, kitchen, bathroom, and tables.

Parking is available for $30 per 24 hour period. You may pay at the ticket machine near the garage entrance with credit card or cash. Please park only between floors 2 to 5 of the Pacific Monarch building. There is unlimited in and out privileges. This parking structure is managed by a 3rd party parking company and not the hotel, please make sure you abide by the parking rules or you may be towed.

Very Nice Place
Location is excellent and close to beach and restaurants. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the super-mini ironing board was totally useless. Get a decent one please. Rooftop pool and bbqs were very good too.

This property is perfect for stay at Hawaii, specifically close to the Waikiki ocean. And me and my best friend had fun time. We usually eats outside, so didn’t use kitchen stuffs. But there’s a lots of missing the cooking stuffs in the posting. If they put all the stuffs, many people likes it. (Rice cooker, electric kettle, hair dryer etc..) But the most thing they have to change ASAP is The Air Conditioner!!! DOES NOT WORK at all! This is ridiculous in Hawaii even in Winter. Yes, I saw the reviews that people wrote about the air conditioner doesn’t work properly, but I didn’t think Doesn’t Work At All!! We wok up in the middle of night often, but the fan in the living room was so dirty (dust and greasy all over the fan 😥) And the cushions pillow are so dirty they’re stains looks like somebody’s sweating… Please Please change these stuffs fir the next travelers and if it’s changes, definitely this room will be most popular and I will be back next time and will suggest to my friends too. Thank you!

The biggest complaint I have is the underpowered AC. Not a good thing in Hawaii. The place is not as clean as I expected. The high floor is a big bonus

Nice place bad bedding and beds
The twin beds in this nicely kept unit were horrible! The fold down couch was horrible. The sheets and towels are horrible. Great location with the worst sleep accommodations EVER! Love this building and the other timeshares I’ve rented. No AC in the bedroom.
