TWO MASTER BEDROOM MODERN NEWLY REMODELED CONDO.

Enjoy your vacation at a 1250 sq. ft. a completely modern re-modeled Condo. Recently furnished with tile floors throughout, new furniture, granite counter tops, new cabinets and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. You have two separate master bedrooms each with king size beds, individual private bathrooms and walk in closets. One bedroom has a walk-in shower and the other a shower/tub. In one master bedroom there is a 55" SMART TV with DVD player. In the the other master bedroom, there is a 55" SMART TV. In the center area the living room is modernized with a 65" SMART TV and DVD player, triple wrap around reclining sofa seats with phone charging stations, modern coffee table and free Extra High Speed WiFi. TV’s are set for basic Spectrum cable including some HBO & Showtime. Amazon Video and Netflex are available at no additional charge. Enjoy your pick from thousands of movies. The dining table seats 6 and a wine refrigerator with easy access. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you will need including coffee maker, blender, toaster oven and 4 slice toaster. The patio has a new barbecue with lounge chairs and dining table with seating for 6. Use of a private garage.

Your Condo. is located in a very quiet and safe location away from traffic with entry security guards, rolling patrols, a club house for drinks and dining, golf, putting greens, chipping area, driving range, fitness rooms, tennis courts, paddle ball courts, 30 plus pools & spas to use, in general, a lovely place to vacation and relax.

Within 10 minutes of major shopping malls, movie houses, fine dining establishments, recreational facilities including many golf courses, sightseeing spots, zoo, tram to mountain top and only a few hours from Big Bear mountain resort.

Cleaning fee is included in the rental price. Pets are allowed with a required $500.00 pet security deposit. This to be refunded after inspection.

Lovely condo at Desert Princess

The condo is as described and was very clean when we arrived - the cleanest of all the rentals we used. The area is lovely and we enjoyed watching the golfers outside our place. One problem was not regarding the owner. Desert Princess is a large resort but has only 2 charging places for EV cars which did inconvenience us. Given the number of people with EVs, guests should be informed in advance.

Home away from home....

Julio and Gloria's condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The weather wasn't good so having a great choice of TV programming on big screens was great. Lots of kitchen supplies and linens. Tasteful and uncluttered decor was appreciated. We enjoy staying at Desert Princess for convenience to amenities.

Great place to stay

The condo was well layed out and with 2 master bedrooms worked really well for 2 couples. We enjoyed sitting outside for meals. Walking paths throughout the area are beautiful. Location was great.

Well equipped clean condo in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean, with a lovely view from the patio and super close to the pool. Only a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Julio and Gloria!

Dream location

Absolutely fantastic location. Julio’s condo is exactly as advertised and more. We are already booked for next year. The condo was well equipped, the property is so well cared for and the people there are so friendly and relaxed. We finally found the place in Palm Springs we will be returning to year after year.

We have lived in the Calif. Area now for 51 years having our home in Woodland Hills, CA. We enjoy staying at the desert even when it is hot.

Why they chose this property

It is enjoyable to watch the golfers putting at the green just outside our living room window. The grounds are beautiful with many activities available for us to use. The area is peaceful and quiet allowing us to enjoy our quiet setting. With plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from, it is always hard to choose where to enjoy a great meal. Foods of all types are available, and the variety is a nice accommodation.
