Les Gites Fleuris La Petite Rose cottage is perfect for your French country getaway! Located on a quiet road, with acres of fruit and walnut trees (you are welcome to pick) your holiday house has everything you need!
The house has 1 bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with TV, DVD, CD, and WIFI, sofa sleeper for 2, and a fully equipped kitchen. Baby/Children bed, highchair available.
Romantic cottage for a couple or family with small children.
All linens, towels, tea towels etc are included!

Winter "getaway" to relax in front of the fire in the wood burning stove!

Our large 6ha property has a heated swimming pool with sun deck and lounge chairs, gardens, terraces, all enjoying a beautiful view of the valley. This area is very picturesque! Our property has something for everyone in the family, from an indoor games room with billiards, ping pong, board games, and toys for the children, to outdoor play areas and badminton net. It's easy to relax on a lounge chair, or keep active, whatever your needs.

Les Gites Fleuris is in the perfect location! The feel is away from it all, but you can walk to everything you need! Leave the car parked, and walk to the bakery for fresh croissants and a coffee in the morning. 2.5 km walk to one of our amazing restaurants for lunch! Relax on your terrace and drink wine in the evening enjoying the setting sun over the countryside! Nothing could be better!
All life's necessities are within 2.5km (1m): supermarket - with international foods, bakery, bank, medical center, pharmacy, post, office of tourism, bars & restaurants! What could make your holiday easier better? Great Location, and ease!

The magnificent Chateau de Hautefort is 2km! There are many amazing historic sites within and easy drive! The Grotte de Tourtoirac (cave) is 5km and has beautiful stalactites and stalagmites and an underground river. The Musee de Medicine is in Hautefort and was a 17th C. hospice. The cave paintings from CroMagnon man at Lascaux is only 20 min drive away...Medieval villages of Sarlat and of course the Dordogne region has 1001 castles! pick a few to visit!

The Perigord region is also known for food, and it is this reason that Parisians love to visit the area! You can visit local farms for fois gras, walnuts, goat cheese, etc... You'll eat well in the Perigord and our local restaurants serve some of the best food! You are welcome to go out to our fruit trees and pick what you like! Cherries, peaches, plums, apples, and walnuts - when in season.

Prachtige plek om echt tot rust te komen.

2 weken vakantie gevierd hier, wat een top locatie en super aardige en relaxte eigenaren. Het kleine huisje (waar wij verbleven) heeft op zich alles wat je nodig heeft, maar is vrij eenvoudig. Het grote huis ziet er echt top uit en heeft ook een wat luxere badkamer en keuken en 3 slaapkamers. De tuinen er omheen zijn echt super mooi en staan vol met mooie bloemen, planten en bomen. Ze hebben voor de kinderen ook een speelkamer met genoeg spullen voor alle leeftijden. En het grote zwembad is met warm weer helemaal geweldig. Het enige verkeer wat er langs het huis komt zijn de eigenaren de 2 buren en de gasten. Dus ook super veilig voor de echte kleintjes. Voor allebei de huisjes is een bbq beschikbaar en een eigen plek gerealiseerd om te zitten, zodat je s'avonds rustig kan eten, wijnen of relaxen. 's avonds hoor je krekels en vogels en misschien je gezelschap maar voor de rest is het stil echt heerlijk. Wat een top locatie zeker de moeite waard om te verblijven.

Peaceful and relaxed stay

After good communication from Renata prior to the stay and a warm welcome from Larry on arrival, it was a very good start to our time at La Petite Rose House at Les Gites Fleuris. A compact, decently equipped, clean and tidy property with lots of local rustic charm in a quiet location, but not isolated from the village and very good access to many of the area's sites. The pool and games room were available for 'stay at home' activities, but the Perigordian countryside and attractions always beckoned. A very enjoyable stay, helpful and friendly hosts with good local knowledge and the wonderful location made it very difficult to leave - our time there was definitely too short.

Ideal french country holiday

Wonderful cottages in a charming farm setting with all the amenities you could want. Right near the village for supplies. Relaxed atmosphere and charming owners who will go to great lengths to ensure you have a perfect stay. Lots of entertainment for kids with everything from a swimming pool to horses. This is the best option in Hautefort by far. I have already been back for more.

And after a day of touring, this is the perfect place to relax!
