The apartment is ideal for visiting the sites of major interest in the city such as Plaza Mayor, the wonderful “Mercado de San Miguel” (San Miguel´s Market), La Latina neighborhood, the Royal Theatre and the Palace, only a few minutes on foot. It is located in a pedestrian street with restricted traffic, noise isolated despite being outside and being in the busiest area of the city. With a modern and fresh decor giving brightness to all the spaces. The living room has a lovely balcony that overlooks the beautiful Conde de Barajas´ square.With an area of 80m2 very well distributed, it is on the first floor (without lift), very easy to access. To the right of the entrance there are two rooms each one with its own balcony and a separated social area, with a master bedroom with double bed (queen 1.50m x 2.00m) and a second bedroom also with double bed. To the left the hall leads to a comfortable bathroom with shower and a spacious living-dining area with a wonderful natural light, a loveseat, TV and dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.'
