Villa Oliana: Elegant Oasis with Garden and Relaxation in Marina di Ragusa

Villa Oliana is a wonderful structure of recent construction and is equipped with all comforts. It is located in an ideal area because you have the tranquility of a villa in the countryside (no noise of any kind) and at the same time you are just a few hundred meters from the center of Marina di Ragusa with the beautiful beaches, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and everything you need for a WONDERFUL holiday.

SPACE

Villa Oliana is excellent for 6 - 8 people, but it can even accommodate up to 10 people due to its large size (160 square meters).

is presented: 3 DOUBLE ROOMS
Ground floor with garden and veranda sheltered from the sun and furnished to allow you to have lunch and dinner outdoors.
The kitchen-living room, complete with gas hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a large living room where there is a sofa bed and corner sofa with pellet stove, bathroom with shower and 1 very large double bedroom where there is also a bunk bed.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms and possibility of 1/2 extra beds, bathroom with shower. Very pretty sun terrace for relaxing and sunbathing.

Villa Oliana is located in a ventilated area, but if you feel hot, every room has a fan on the ceiling.
The apartment is cared for in every detail to offer guests maximum comfort.

There is free WiFi and parking in front of the free villa

The district

Villa Oliana is located in a very quiet and safe area of Marina di Ragusa and is perfect for families and groups of friends. The marina center is a few hundred meters (about 650) reachable on foot in 10 minutes of walking. In the center there are restaurants and places for young people, while the sandy beach can be reached in just over 5 minutes, being about 500 meters from the house. Near Villa Oliana there is the MD supermarket which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Nicely equiped; Stefano is a very dedicated, helpfull and friendly host.Just two tips: the house could profit from some Ambilight, and some comfortable garden furniture.

Nice, spacious apartment

Clean and very well outfitted house. A lot of space for two people. Communication with Stefano was excellent! It is a semi-detached house and during our stay there were 6-8 people living next door. Their behavior was not "excellent".

Hat viel Spaß gemacht

Schönes und geräumiges Haus mit allem, was wir im Urlaub brauchen: Geschützte Sonnenterasse, überdachte Terasse zum Garten hin. 3 Schlafräume, 2 Bäder, ausgestattete Küche. W-Lan überall. Alles gut! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, aber fußläufig zum Strand. Wir waren mitte Oktober in Marina di Ragusa, da war es auf der Promenade noch belebt, aber nicht überfüllt. Wasser noch mit Badetemperatur. Wir hatten keine Probleme, aber sonst hätte der sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter Stefano sicher Lösungen gefunden.

2 wochen im März

Im sommer mag dieses haus ideal sein, aber zur jetzigen jahreszeit weniger. Sonne erreicht nur bis gegen 14 uhr die schöne terrasse. Dann schatten und gegen abend auch im haus recht kühl. Innenhofterrasse nicht schön zum sitzen und aus der dachterasse müsste etwas gemacht werden. Es fehlt überall an liegen, bzw die strandstühle, die da waren, waren kaputt. Die hinterhofterrasse war nicht hergerichtet bzw sauber. Relaxen auf einer liege im freien war nicht möglich. Küche gut eingerichtet ua mit supergrossem kühlschrank. Verwalter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

The terraces are outdoors and even if they are cleaned at every guest change with the wind it is obvious that unfortunately they cannot stay as clean as the inside. I'm sorry that you found some broken deckchairs, but unfortunately if the guests don't notify us, unfortunately we could miss out something. Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage in Marina di Ragusa. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben besonders schön ist der Garten,die großer Dachterrasse und nochmal eine extra Terrasse mit Außenküche. Stefano ist als Vermieter super zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Wir sind zum Beispiel viel früher gelandet als eigentlich geplant und es war überhaupt kein Problem die Übergabe vorzuverlegen. Alles in allem würden wir jederzeit wieder Stefanos Unterkunft buchen.

Erholsame Zeit

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei 17jährigen Kindern eine entspannte Woche in dem perfekt eingerichteten und großzügigen Haus verbracht. Es war im Oktober noch schön warm, aber wunderbar ruhig und wenig los. Viele Ausflüge in die umliegende Gegend waren unsere Highlights. Stefano hat uns mit Focacce am ersten Abend verwöhnt bei unserer späten Anreise. Man könnte zu Fuß zum Meer gehen, auch der große Supermarkt liegt fußnah. Aber das Haus liegt am Ortsrand mit Blick auf die Felder. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana con la famiglia con 4 bambini e la proprietà è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze! Fantastica la doccia esterna che ha permesso velocemente di lavare i bambini, il giardino un ottimo posto per i giochi e la veranda ideale per le nostre grigliate serali! Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana a Villa Oliana. Si trova in un punto comodo e strategico di Marina di Ragusa per raggiungere sia le spiagge, che le varie località da visitare. Gli ambienti sono ampi e comodi, così come gli spazi esterni. Ringraziamo inoltre il proprietario Stefano, che ci ha accolto con scacce ragusane e cioccolata di Modica e ci ha coccolati con un'ottima anguria! Grazie ancora!

Eine hervorragende Ferienunterkunft.

Wir waren 1 Woche in Stefanos Unterkunft,alles hat gepasst wie in der wohnung beschrieben wurde,Sauberkeit,Gemütlichkeit und er war sehr zuvorkommend. Würden jeder Zeit dort wieder buchen.wir hoffen das er weiterhin viele zufriedene Kunden bekommt.l.g F.Di Tavi.

La vacanza che mi aspettavo

Stefano è una persona cordiale, gentile, disponibile che ti fa sentire a casa tua. La casa è bella e accogliente, e ben organizzata negli spazi, essendo 6 adulti 2 bambini e 2 neonati non credevo fosse facile trovare un padrone di casa ed una casa adatta a tutte le nostre richieste. La consiglio vivamente!

Nice villa in Marina Ragusa

We stayed a week in this lovely house. The house is spacious and kitchen is very well equipped. Garden / terrace space is pretty, comfortable and well shaded. House is located on a quiet street off the main road and has plenty of parking space. Nearest beach is 7-8 minutes walk away but it’s worth using the car to explore the numerous other beaches in the area. Stefano and family were great hosts and helpful with questions / recommendations etc.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Toller Vermieter, sehr engagiert. Das Objekt ist sehr schön und sauber, der kleine Garten gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Dank Stefano, der uns hilfsbereit den Weg zur Wohnung zeigte ( unser Navi streikte), haben wir dieses herrliche Domizil dann auch gefunden. Traumhafte Villa und sehr engagierter Vermieter

Die Villa von Stefano entspricht genau der Beschreibung oder ist vielleicht sogar noch schöner! Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat drei „richtige“ Schlafzimmer, zwei große Küchen, eine davon ist draußen – bei Sonne schön schattig und bei Regen schön trocken :-) Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, modern und gemütlich. Stefano bereitete uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Für Fragen stand er immer zur Verfügung. Marina di Ragusa ist ein schöner Badeort, im Oktober nicht zu voll, aber auch nicht menschenleer. Perfekt für Urlauber, die Erholung suchen. Und viele Schönheiten Siziliens lassen sich von hier aus mit dem Auto erkunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlen, besser geht es nicht! Vielen lieben Dank an Stefano!

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Villa

Wir haben 14Tage mit 4 Personen in der Villa Oliana verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Genial zum verweilen sind zwei gemütliche Terassen, eine davon mit Außenküche. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Einrichtung entspricht korrekt der Beschreibung. Die Betten sind ebenso sehr bequem. Wir haben einen rundum wunderbaren Urlaub genossen, dies auch wegen der Herzlichkeit und super angenehmen Betreuung des Vermieters Sig. Stefano Fappiano. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
