Villa Arai is a cosy and fully equipped accommodation located in an ideal urbanisation for families in Playa Blanca. This welcoming property offers a perfect space for groups of friends, couples and families looking for peaceful and comfortable holidays.



The villa has two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It features a double bed and two single beds, ensuring a restful sleep. The two full bathrooms with bathtubs provide comfort and privacy to guests.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It has ceramic hobs and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.



The exterior of the villa is equally impressive. With a plot of 500 square metres, it offers a 300 square metre terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Guests can enjoy two private pools: one standard and another heated, measuring 6x4 metres, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

We try to book a Villalia Villa every year in Playa Blanca as our family treat. It is so peaceful, beautiful and quiet. We also feel the team are all so friendly and caring: whoever you ask, somehow magically the Villalia team take care of the request from jump starting flat car batteries to finding inflatable pool toys! Amazing villa.

Amazing villa. We stayed there 5 nights.. and didn’t want to leave.. peaceful, private and quiet place, you can see stunning sun rise in the mountains. Villa looks exactly like photographs you see, it’s spacious and well designed for holiday home. Mini market just outside gate has all the essentials and it’s open till 10pm. Perfect communication with Host. Highly recommend!

Just returned from 11 nights in Villa 25. Wonderful stay

Only thing that lets it down is the location as is 30 mins walk into town so definately need a car. Due to location of Villa backing on to open land it’s a bit more windy around the pool than it is on the beach. We have had a wonderful stay though.

Lovely second stay!!

We liked it so much when we stayed for 3 nights last year we had to book a week for this year and wish it could have been longer!! Immaculate villa with such a lovely pool and is huge for 2 people!! The air con in the lounge didn't seem to be blowing cold air but it was fine regardless!! The bedroom was lovely and cold at night!!

Beautiful villa in quiet residential location

I stayed at Bellavista 30 for 9 nights from 3-12 February and it was incredible! The villa has everything you need from a home from home stay. Modern kitchen, clean lines and smart fittings in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area is great and attracts the sun from sunrise to sunset. The seating area at the front is wonderful for watching the sunrise over Playa Blanca, and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset behind Montana Roja. The villa is a 20/25 minute walk to Playa Blanca, downhill, so be ready for the walk back or jump in a taxi for €3.5. There is a small but well stocked supermarket at Paradise Island hotel, a 10 minute walk on the way down to Playa Blanca. Ariadne was attentive to my questions and the maid service and pool cleaning happened when advised. All in all wonderful stay, I’ll be booking again! Darran

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda en Lanzarote

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda en Lanzarote. El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y era exactamente como se mostraba en las fotos. Las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación excelente: tranquila y privada, con preciosas vistas a Playa Blanca. Está a solo 7 minutos en coche del centro y cerca de servicios como Lidl. El espacio exterior era encantador, con muchos asientos y una piscina de buen tamaño. Desafortunadamente, hizo bastante viento durante nuestra estancia y la zona de jardín/piscina está bastante expuesta, así que no la usamos tanto como esperábamos. Tuvimos un problema con la temperatura de la piscina los primeros días, pero la comunicación con la agencia fue excelente y enviaron a un técnico de mantenimiento rápidamente para solucionarlo. En general, disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y sin duda recomendaríamos el apartamento.

We had a really fun stay and enjoed the area and Lanzarote as a whole. Will be going back again.

Far enough out to be quiet with lovely views but still within walking distance to the sea front/restaurants etc. Our villa was also at the back of the complex and not overlooked. Comfy beds. Staff helpful when contacted about wi-fi etc.

Ĺa villa était magnifique

Spacieuse et décorée avec goût.Cuiine bien équipée avec casseroles toutes neuves. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse avec piscine, le coin canapé nous offrant une belle vue sur un volcan situé tout près et dont nous avons fait le tour et le calme et la tranquilité.tout en étant proche de la mer et des restaurants. Nous avions un peu peur de la douche froide, mais avons eu la chance d'avoir de l'eau super chaude bien agréable en décembre. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Paz infinita….

Emplazamiento lleno de calma, con horizontes infinitos. Un placer despertar y desayunar un café divisando el mar y tomar un baño en la piscina climatizada y limpia cada día. Todo está diseñado para el relax. Recomendable 100%. Lo mejor en la isla relación calidad precio, (y es una opinión bien contrastada). Lo único es que no se por qué esta vez que estuvimos, cada noche la luz de la piscina variaba de color… eché en falta el mando para cambiarlo. Algo anecdótico… pues no dije nada durante la estancia y seguramente la administración del emplazamiento estaría dispuesta a cambiarlo sin dudarlo de haberlo comentado.

Villalia was perfect for us, private and not over looked. The pool was lovely and warm, we swam everyday. You need a car, but that suits me as we loved exploring and finding fab food places. We will definitely be back!

Very nice location

Comfortable, modern, everything you could need. Good location and only a five minute drive from town. Any niggles we had were sorted out immediately. Very good management. Neighbourhood dogs were rather noisy but there’s not much anyone can do about that!

Moderne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Ich war 1 Woche Gast in der Villa Bellavista A5. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ansprechend und ruhig - man hat nur Anliegerverkehr in der abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage. Der Außenbereich besteht aus einer Terrasse mit kleinem Gartenteil in Westausrichtung - mit Blick auf einen unbebauten Vulkanhang (den man zudem in ca. 20-30 Minuten besteigen kann - großartiger Ausblick!) - und einer nach Osten ausgerichteten Empore, auf der man abends wunderbar sitzen kann mit Blick auf einen Teil des Ortes mit Bergkette im Hintergrund. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der beheizte (und abends beleuchtete!) Pool, in dem man sich auch bei windigem Wetter sehr wohl fühlt. Die Wohnung selber ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Très belle villa

La villa est idéalement située, à proximité des plages. La disponibilité du propriétaire via WhatsApp est très appréciable en cas de besoin. Seul petit bémol, l'entretien de la piscine n'est pas assez régulier. Merci pour ce séjour !

Clean and quiet villa, but would definitely need a car to get around , staff were very helpful when we requested more towels and clothes hangers they were there in 10 minutes ,the welcome pack was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Could do with more information about the island and perhaps an update in the kitchen equipment ,rather basic .

Fantastic Villa & Location, First Class Service *****

My Partner & I have just returned from this villa & it was first class .. great pool, very comfortable villa & very clean in a great location near Playa Blanca. Ideal for couples or small families. Also very professional service from Aridane & Jose they went above & beyond to make our stay the best it could be. 100% recommend & will be back :)

Schöne Villa an ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa A5 sehr genossen. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und wir haben es in sauberem Zustand vorgefunden. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und man wohnt dort sehr diskret. Leider konnten wir aufgrund des windigen Wetters den schönen Pool kaum bentzen und auch selten draussen sitzen. Für Kinder ist diese Unterkunft geeignet, ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl wurde uns auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Mietauto ist aber zwingend notwendig.
