Beautiful villa with private pool in Playa Blanca

This detached fully equipped villa with private saltwater pool and walled garden for complete privacy is located on a quiet private complex very close to the harbour, beach and town center of Playa Blanca.
Villa Lazy daze is a centrally located, just a minute from the Spar supermarket, bars and restaurants. Two minutes from the harbour and only a 5 minute walk to Playa Flamingo beach.

The villa consists of an open plan living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with a walk-in shower.
The living room has 2 spacious sofas, TV with Dutch and international channels, air conditioning (pay as you go) and free WiFi.
The fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Bedrooms:
1st bedroom/master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, but can also be used as a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet and walk-in shower.

Outside there is a very nice terrace (finished to a very high quality standard), complete with barbecue, table and chairs, sunbeds and mood lighting.
The salt water pool (approx. 10 meters long) has solar heating. In winter it can also be heated electrically.

Clean and tidy throughout and wonderful pool and patio area the outside speakers were a nice surprise so chilling by the pool was perfect. Location was great for the town and flamingo beach, we really couldn’t fault the villa.

Nice 2bed 2.5 bath house. Great heated pool, absolutely needed in January, February due to climate( compare to the non heated pool of the community, too cold to swim)

We were here for 2weeks over Christmas. The villa is lovely with 2 ensuite bedrooms and an extra toilet in the hall. Beds were really comfortable and the water was hot and plentiful. The WiFi and tv channel choices were great. We loved the outside covered terrace which gave us shelter from the wind. Perfect location, great washing machine, and such helpful people. We would return anytime.

Lovely villa

We have stayed in quite a few villa's in Playa Blanca but this was one of the nicest. Perfect location - 5 mins walk from nearest supermarket and bars. Clean and comfortable with a lovely outside space. I was nearly put off by the pool being salt water but it it didn't taste salty! Will definately stay again!

Fantastic villa

First time we have stayed here and we have already rebooked. It's ideal for a couple or for 4 people as well.In very good condition and clean and has everything you need.Very comfortable beds and sofas.It's in the perfect location in playa blanca and an easy short walk in to the centre, there is a very handy Spar about 2/3 minutes walk so ideal for anything you need, because of that there is some road noise but it didn't take away from enjoying our staySuzanne the villa manager is very friendly and helpful and is ready to help if you need her.Can definitely recommend and you shouldn't be disappointed.

perfect in every respect,great position,spotlessly clean,every appliance brand new,excellent beds with modern ensuite walk in showers,covered space outside plenty of sun loungers and large patio,best of all the service from the very capable suzanne who was mega helpfull for a couple of self inflicted minor problems,very nice pool with easy steps in and out both ends.loved our stay,the villa,suzanne and the friendly cleaning staff.even the couple of stray cats were almost friendly,great villa brilliant service and great position ,,,we loved it

Just what we needed

We were looking for a holiday to decompress and relax and this is exactly what we had. Suzanne was able to help immediately with any issues and worked hard to make sure that we had everything we needed. The complex was safe and secure and very close to the amenities we needed. The main thoroughfare was only a 5 minute walk away but we still had peace and privacy . Highly recommended property and management.

Good Stay, Lovely Villa

Almost everything great and Villa lovely (super comfy beds!) close to beach and water park and restaurants etc etc so no need for a car. Fantastic communications with Suzanne. Only thing to grumble about (not Villa fault) was particularly noisy holidaying neighbours - at 3am in the mornings. The cats were funny but a little pesky! The pool probably needed more maintenance and salt whilst we were there but not a big deal really.

Lazy 14 days!

Villa is lovely, in a great location and very secure. A few minor issues aside, I would recommend it to anyone. Pool is great and was lovely and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. The TV was a little temperamental, seemed to just not work on several days. Didn’t bother me so much but due to travelling with an elderly relative who had mobility issues, it did spoil their holiday a little. Other than that, no issues.

Lazy days Villa

I would recommend this Villa highly. The host is amazing and is super helpful day and night if there is any issues, which their wasn’t. The villa is beautiful, clean, very well equipped, you won’t even need to pack plug adapters. All stuff is provided for washing clothes etc. showers are all very new and modern and there is heaps of storage and space. The kitchen is also well equipped. The villa is very close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach which is sandy. The pool is heated in the winter and it’s very quiet and beautiful. Suzanne the host helped us with everything including later check out and booking our transfers. Highly recommended.

Fabulous

Great villa, wonderful pool with plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. Really comfortable beds. Great showers. Beautiful outdoor lighting. Everything that you need and more. Two minute walk to spar supermarket and the Irish Anville Bar ( great breakfast & lunches) also a restaurant next door serving the best fillet steak ever. Turn right and 10 minute stroll to Flamingo beach & a great Chinese restaurant . Turn left a 10 minute stroll to small town & lovely beach, carry on walking for a further 10 mins to another lovely beach, another 10 minutes walk will take you to the market , open on Wednesdays and Saturdays where you can have lunch and listen to live music. The only downside to this villa is leaving it. Suzanna , the property manager is amazing, called her twice to ask about the TV and Aircon , she was there within 10 mins on both occasions to show me how to work them. Can't wait to return.

So Convenient!!

Villa Lazy Daze is in a safe, gated community literally 3 minutes walk over to a small Spar supermarket, good butchers, and only a couple more minutes walk to a pharmacy and a group of restaurants and bars overlooking the old port. One particular restaurant in particular called Eutopia was our favourite, very good food whether a snack or evening meal, and friendly. Although the villa backs onto the road through Playa Blanca, it was very quiet. A regular bus service passes by throughout the day and evening so unless you wish to explore further afield, no need for a car. Villa is a good size, good quality furniture and furnishings, all rooms a good size, very well equipped with everything you are likely to need, and a beautiful, private back garden with lovely pool and several loungers and other seating. Our thanks must go to Suzanne, our villa manager, who could not have done more for us. Very capable, helpful and friendly and any problems she is there immediately getting it sorted. Thank you very much Suzanne, very much appreciated.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles da was man braucht. Das kleine Zentrum mit ein paar Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn man mehr Auswahl möchte empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Den haben wir ohnehin immer um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Es fehlte ein (2) Sonnenschirm, der zwingend vorhanden sein sollte. Es war nicht möglich, sich in ein Schattenplätzchen mit seiner Liege zu legen.
