Great location

Bunch of old guys from New Jersey on a golf vacation. Nice house with plenty of room and in a good location. Our second year here and we already booked it for 2023. 🏌🏽⛳️🇺🇸

Good Times

We really enjoyed the property, especially the pool. Super spacious and well kept, the only discrepancy was we couldn’t find any bath rags. Overall it was perfect, plenty of bath towels and pool towels. The location was awesome and the neighborhood was beautiful. I’ll definitely be back.

We loved staying here, it was very spacious and clean. There were some things that kinda of upset us but besides that it was great. The TV in some of the bedrooms wouldnt work or turn on and the pool/jacuzzi couldnt be heated, but besides that it was amazing. Thank you!

the pool was to be charged for 3 days according to the info in the house in the binder - I requested a change for 3 days only - the pool cues were broken so the pool table was useless and it took 2 days for the 78 to become 72 - there was not enough toilet paper or paper towels

Great property for a big family!

This is great property for a big family. Good location, lots of bedrooms with attached baths, good neighborhood etc. Few issues which the property management can improve are 1. Add few more most needed items to cook in the Kitchen 2. Big families, need more laundry detergents 3. Pool was not clean and useful 4. The door to pool/backside had an alarm and was not able to stop. 5. No trash bags other than in the bin 4. Soaps are not enough But overall this is a great property if you plan to visit Disney world.

Improvements Needed

The house was overall really good and we had a great time. The only thing that needed to be fixed was the dishwasher. It started leaking water so we had to put bowls at the bottom to collect it or else it would've gone all over the floor.

Lovely Home

This home was just perfect. Easy to find and well supplied. The pool & hot tub were absolutely perfect. The glass sliding door is a little hard to open but nothing a little oiling wouldn't fix. Definitely would stay here again.

Fair but could be great

We booked this home in November 2019, pre-COVID. Our thought was to do Disney. We had to change dates two times form March 2020 to April 2021 to finally August 2021. During that time the home went from a VRBO privately owned home to one that is managed by Magnolia Villas. The home was large enough for 10 of us and had easy access to main highways. We were about 10 miles from Disney Theme parks but because of COVID didn't go there. The condition of the home was fair. Carpet in the bedrooms was poor with lots of staining and wear. 2 of 8 dining chairs were broken, unusable and had been tried to be repaired. 2 more were unstable so we bought Allen wrenches and tightened them. Linens were inadequate and didn't match the supply list in the bathrooms. When we called about that we were told if we wanted washcloths we should to to Walmart and buy some as the lists were out dated. The game room room was unusable because of the heat. The ice machine didn't work and the hydrolic screen door closure on the lanai was broken. One queen bed had a very badly stained mattress. Some of the twin beds have had several repairs making one think that the quality of the bedroom furniture it fair at best. The pool was small for 10 people but was well maintained. There is no privacy on one side of the pool area. This could be an excellent property because of the number of people it accommodates, but things listed make it average. It makes us wonder what it was like before when we first booked it.

Hosts have been very responsive, pool turned green and they had someone out very quickly to fix the issue. House is beautiful my family and I enjoyed it!

Nice house, great location

Group of retired guys from NJ coming down for a week of golf. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so this house worked out fine. Location is near many places to eat and on a quiet street.

Some Gross Things

This house was far below acceptable. Here is a list of complaints. We requested heat for the pool and the staff never showed to turn it on until our 5th out of 7 nights. The pool was cold. We called before arrival and was assured the pool would be heated. Lies. They dropped the ball. The kitchen table had a chair with a broken leg, there were two empty beer cans left in the gameroom/garage. The water pressure in the showers was about that of an RV. We saw several cockroaches in the kitchen and killed some of them. This was so gross and could be prevented with proper spraying of the home inside and out by terminex, etc. There was a gross dirty t-shirt and small pieces of trash under the living room couches. Staff showed up without notice to do maintenance to a ripped screen over the pool on the 5th day of our sty during the morning and apparently turned on the pool heat. Some animal, a raccoon or rat continuously got into the trash during our stay. Trash left in the can from previous tenants was strung out in the yard by said animal. There were straps on the can but the previous tenants didn't use them. In the kitchen there were limited sizes of pots and pans and no pot holders. THERE WAS ALSO A VERY SERIOUS SAFTEY CONCERN- Upon arrival every single window was unlocked, several were open entirely. This led my wife and I to do a search of the entire home for potential intruders before we felt the home was safe to stay. Because we began locking windows and shutting them, we noticed that the windows were so incredibly gross. They have dust, soot, and filth all over them. They haven't been cleaned in months, if not years. Finally, the billiard cues were terrible as they had no cue tips on them. This home has a lot of potential but the cleaning staff are certainly dropping the ball. With some proper cleaning, upgrading of water pressure, and proper maintenance, this could have been a great place to stay. Things we liked: the size of the home, the pool enclosure, and size of the pool. TVs in every room, some of them smart which was nice to use our Netflix and Disney+ accounts on. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. The furniture was generally in good shape. Towels provided were adequate, some toilet paper and soaps provided. Nice to have. The seal on toilets was a nice touch. The freezer, fridge, and cabinets were clean and empty. First aid and fire extinguisher available if needed.

Great stay at a nice house

We stayed for a couple nights just to have a house with a pool so we could get the kids swimming in a private pool. This house was very clean (important to us during this COVID Crisis).

Orlando Vacation

We only were at the house two nights before returning home due to COVID-19. House was well laid out and clean however each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper, no plus for the kitchen sink and previous guests garbage was still I. The garage. You can imagine what that smelled like in the heat. Also upon notifying the owner we were leaving we received no message back until 3 days later when I called them on it.
