Inside and outside, this house in the town center of Epine on the island of Noirmoutier reveals many charms. Behind the white walls and the light blue shutters, the holiday rental reveals authentic features such as wood paneling, beams, fireplace or stone walls. Spread over 2 floors, the 3 parquet-floored rooms have double beds. 6 people will appreciate their comfort, you can stay with a young child thanks to the baby equipment available (cot, high chair and changing table). 2 bathrooms (1 with bath, 1 with shower) and 2 toilets facilitate everyday life during a stay with family or friends. The large independent kitchen is fully equipped, it includes a hood and an island, the multi-pancake machine and the pierrade will allow you to organize festive dinners. TV and wifi are at your disposal as well as board games and books for all ages. The garden is entirely enclosed by walls and hedges, raised, to preserve your peace. Decks on wood blades, with garden furniture and barbecue, allow you to enjoy the outdoors all day long.

L'Epine is a friendly village on the island of Noirmoutier, connected to the Vendée by a bridge and a submergible road, the Gois. Shops, bakeries, bars, creperie, supermarket are gathered in the village. The beach of Epine is 1.5 km from the rental. On this side of the island, it is extended by a succession of sandy beaches and fishing areas on foot. The coastal paths and bike tours crisscross the island, cross the salt marshes, join Noirmoutier and its colorful market, the beautiful beach of Bois de la Chaize, the bustling port of Herbaudière, the pretty village of Le Vieux ... Each activity and stroll is the opportunity to discover the natural sites, the typical heritage and the corners of the island. Bikes can be rented a few steps from the house.

Très bon moment passe en famille. Le cadre et la location sont très bien et agréables. Seul bémol la literie et les places de parkings peu nombreuses et trop étroites.

Excellentes vacances

Une maison très agréable et confortable, très bien placée, très bien décorée et parfaitement équipée. Une équipe Hoomy très efficace et aux petits soins pour que le séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Je recommande et reviendrai sûrement.
