Perigord stone house completely renovated, this cottage can accommodate 10 people in 4 independent rooms. With a private pool of 12 * 6m, a shaded garden, a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden, the house offers a relaxing and pleasant for holidays in Black Périgord.
On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room (TV, WIFI), as well as two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, an open office with a sofa bed, and a bathroom-WC.
Each room has storage and new bedding in 140 * 190.
BBQ and plancha are available, as well as washing machine and dryer.
The pool is fenced and has an alarm.
Private parking in front of the house allows to park several vehicles.
No smoking, no pets except for the visually impaired.

An 18-hole golf course is located at 500m, a large number of tourist circuits nearby: castles, caves, canoe-kayak on the Dordogne and Vézère, renowned villages, as well as many marked hiking trails (walking, mountain biking) .
In the immediate vicinity of the Castle of Beynac, castle of Milandes, castle of La Roque Gageac, castle of Castelnaud la Chapelle (departure of ballooning), park of Bournat, aquarium of Bugue and 45min of Lascaux 4 with Montignac.
