Welcome to our modern beach villa. We are located in one of Aruba's best neighborhoods. Within walking distance to the Marriott properties, beautiful beaches, all in a very quiet neighborhood location.

Our villa is surrounded by palm trees, fruit trees and gardens giving it a relaxed beach feel. You will love the cool breezes which surround our villa, where you can always hear the sound of palm trees rustling in the breeze. This is a great location for teleworking in paradise with reliable Wi-Fi.

We do not guarantee internet access during your stay.

The villas spacious rooms and comfortable outside sitting areas make it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The light modern beach atmosphere will relax you and we are so close to many of the top beaches. After a day on the beach enjoy a cool swim in our saltwater pool. At night the lighted swimming pool provides the perfect back drop for dinner and games on the back lanai. There is a shower with hot/cold water outside in the private courtyard after you come out of the pool or back from the beach.

Important: Please be careful when stepping off the pool deck onto the back lanai as it can become slippery when wet.

Golfers: The Tierra Del Sol Golf Course & Spa is located a few minutes away.

Private Chef: Aruba is the perfect place to experience authentic Aruban/European cuisine at the villa by booking your own private chef.
Please do not sit on the furniture inside the villa or on the back lanai with wet bathing suits.
Located in the Bakval/Salinja Cerca neighborhood directly across from the Marriott Hotel properties. The villa is within 8-10 minutes walking distance via local salina of the fabulous Palm beach with its water sports, shopping, casinos and dining. The Caribbeans best wind and kite surfing can be found at the fabulous Fishermans Hut beach just a 10-minute walk from the villa.

In 2019 a new ocean sidewalk now provides a safe morning or evening walk, run or bike along the Aruba coast past Hadicurari, Tres Trapi, Malmok, Boca Catalina beaches all the way out to Arashi beach with its magnificent sunrise and sunset views. At night you can walk in 10 minutes to the fabulous Palm beach filled with shopping, restaurants, bars, casinos, bowling, cinemas and clubs. Several markets are located in the area, only 5 to10 minute walk. There is a bus stop on the main road in front of the Marriott Hotel. The bus will take you either downtown or the beaches at Arashi and Malmok and the lighthouse.

The villa is perfect for 4-6 people: 2-3 couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. Linens, towels, beach towels, basic toiletries (don't bring shampoo, conditioner, body soap) are included. We offer locally sourced Aruba Aloe shampoo/conditioner and body soap for our guests.

The villas three bedrooms all have their own bath/shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, beautiful barn door mirror walk-in closet and shower (hot water in all showers). A newly installed sliding door in master gives private access to pool and outdoor seating area.

The second bedroom has a king size bed, a large wall to wall closet and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a queen bed, bathroom with walk in shower.

A half bath for guests outside the 3rd bedroom. We have also added a new outside shower with hot water for our guests.

We offer cards, board and drinking games. If you have a favorite book and would like to add to the villa's collection please leave your name, date of visit, home country on the inside cover for others to enjoy. In the living area there is a large 65” HD TV which is connected to internet and is streaming ready for you to watch TV apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu. There is a DVD player and over 50 movies to choose from. The villa is equipped with two Sonos One speaker to keep your favorite songs playing throughout the villa. Sonos app and Spotify music account is required to use the speaker system.


There is a carport behind a remote-controlled gate to safely park your rental car. Beach chairs, beach towels and coolers are all there for your convenience.

Please be advised that parties or any large social events are not allowed without prior written consent. Information regarding rates: A 12.5% room tax and the costs for final cleaning in the amount of 250.00 US$ will be added to the bookings final cost. Environmental levy tax (Aruba) of $3 per bedroom per night will be shown as "Property Fees" on your booking summary.

We offer general housekeeping services mid-week for guest (2 hours at 20 US$) per hour.

We do not require a security deposit; however, we do ask guest to purchase a low-cost 59$ insurance policy to cover any damages or breakage during your stay. You can also opt out of any coverage and pay a security deposit.

Check in: Our property manager Manon will reach out about a week before you arrive to determine a check in time. Once you clear customs, contact Manon to arrange to meet you at the villa.
Our regular check in time is 4 PM, however if you arrive earlier and the villa is ready, we can certainly do an early check in. At check in we will already agree for a time for check out and your transportation to the airport on your departure day.

Check Out: Please be advised that our regular check out time is 11 AM. At this point we check the house for any damages. Taxis now charge between 30-35 dollars US. Please make sure to arrange for pick up time beforehand.

There are several friendly cats in the neighborhood who visit now and then. Please don’t allow them in the villa.

Please do not feed the iguanas.
