Located in a very quiet and secure residence, on the 1st floor without elevator, the PIGANO is an apartment just renovated and refurbished.
Facing South-West, it is very bright and offers a direct view of the famous Landing Beach JUNO Beach…
You have direct access to the beach from the residence.
You admire the nautical activities (windsurfing and kind surfing) from the balcony!
On your arrival, we take the time to welcome you quietly and to answer all your questions concerning tourist activities around our beautiful region rich in its history and its terroir. Small attentions offered help you feel at home very quickly!
If you are a fisherman or snowboarder, we have a closed bicycle room and cellar.
Many amenities: induction hob, oven and microwave, coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, power shower, LED flat screen TV and WIFI access free.
On request and free of charge, we provide you with a Baby KIT (folding bed with comfort mattress, high chair and toilet facilities)
You are 200 m on foot from the Intermarché shopping center, 15 min from Caen, 10 min from Ouistreham and 20 min from Bayeux (a must-see) by car.
We rent our accommodation by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, during school periods, and for a minimum of 4 nights apart from these.
A deposit for the security deposit is required (check for 200 euros not cashed or cash). A cleaning option is available for 25 euros. Animals are not allowed
Do not hesitate to call to gather information from Cyril and Géraldine!
