Cozy Aix studio - ideal spa or short stay

In an old palace Aix, come stay in this nice studio freshly renovated in the current colors. For your holidays, your stay in cure, an internship, it will be ideal because well located in the hypercentre of Aix, close to the Grand Cercle Casino, thermal baths, restaurants, cinema and shops. The lake and its beautiful beaches are 5 minutes by bus / car. The Tourist Office and the bus lines for the Thermes Chevalley are a 3-minute walk away. As a host, thanks to the payment of the tourist tax upon your arrival, you will be able to benefit from the free transport during all your stay.
The building is secured by the presence of a guardian and a digital code at the entrance. Some free parking spaces are located at the bottom of the building. Parking in the city is also nearby.
The studio gives the back of the building, so it is quiet and the view of the park is beautiful.
The studio, located on the 4th and last floor with elevator, is fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible: TV, Internet, ceramic hob, combined oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, hair dryer, iron . All the dishes are new as well as the kitchen utensils.

The bed is a comfortable trundle bed that allows, once unfolded, to sleep in a bed of 160 x 200. Duvet and pillows (shape memory) are new as well.
