This unique condo is an oceanfront property on the world-famous West Coast of Maui between Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Hololani is nestled in Kahana on West Maui's coastline, you're only steps away from Kahana beach and a short distance from the soft sands and warm waves at Pohaku Park (about a 5-minute walk). To the North, you'll find shopping, dining, gorgeous coastal trails, and golf courses at Kapalua. Several cafés and restaurants are only steps from the building.

This property is an oceanfront resort, which is direct ocean view from the master bedroom you can watch the ocean and feel the tropical breeze while in bed with your morning coffee. Just out front is an abundance of sea turtles & tropical fish.

There are many owner-supplied extras, such as:

Walking distance to many fun shops and eateries: Hawaiian Village coffee, Boss Frogs Snorkel Gear, Beach and Bike rentals, Dollies Pizza, and Miso Phat Sushi, to mention a few. 7 Miles south of us is Kaanapali, where there is world famous golf courses, beaches and "Whalers Village" shopping outdoor mall with restaurants and much more.

Fun place to stay with the whole family

This property worked well for our family of five (youngest was 3 and oldest kid was 7). The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the pool was heated and great for early(ish) morning and late(ish) evening swims. We love this area of the island and the easy access to kid friendly beaches just a short drive away. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Maui vacation

Beautiful unit, true to pictures. We saw whales from the lanai and turtles in the water by the property. Everything was clean and well stocked. The unit is within walking distance to restaurants and stores. easy check in and check out. We would love to come back!

Beautiful property, decorated nicely, and very clean. They have thought of every amenity you could want, a fully stocked kitchen and were even thoughtful enough to leave some laundry pods, which was a nice touch. We loved the views on the balcony, the pool was well-maintained, water very warm and pleasant. It appears to be a mix of tenants, some live year round and some tourists just renting for a few weeks. Quiet location where you can walk to a few restaurants and things, so we liked that. The lady below us kept giving us a hard time about being noisy and "stomping around" even though we went to bed early due to jet lag and generally are very quiet people. I had to write the owner and she was very responsive, called me right away, apologetic and perhaps she said something because that lady did not bother us again. Other than the weird lady below, the place was perfect. Be aware there is no AC, so windows are always open, but there's a great breeze. We had a great stay and miss it already.

Great location, great value, overall satisfied. Only had a few cleanliness issues: living room rug was very dirty, and shower bathtub and shower curtain was grimy. Also wish we had A/C!

Amazing location!

Our stay here was amazing! Communication with the host was super easy, and they got in contact well in advance of our reservation. The views here were second to none. It was in a great location with easy access to everything. The property grounds are well maintained. The condo itself is super comfortable, and we had everything we needed here. Maui Family Vacation

We had such an amazing time at this property. Falling asleep to the sound of the oven at night was just the icing on the cake. We were close enough to everything, but away enough to have peaceful evenings where we could just soak in Every minute of the beautiful atmosphere.

Very nice property, clean. The pictures were accurate to the website. It was great having a parking space with beach gear. A little disappointed in 'beach front access' as there was none close to the property. Would recommend to family and friends.

Could not be more PERFECT!

This space is just what we needed for a week away! Cool ocean breezes flowed through the house, the sound of the ocean, and the views were amazing! I told my husband that I slept so well and I wanted him to look at the mattress brand. He said I just need a mattress near the beach and I’ll always sleep that well. Everything was perfect!

Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hololani B201. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our party of four adults. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, the porch had a beautiful view that we enjoyed while we ate breakfast most days, and the owners provided chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella for the beach! The condo was right on the beach which was lovely and had turtles swimming by almost every day. The pool was nice and cleaned daily. It was a quick 10 minute drive to most West Maui locations. Highly recommend for anyone's stay on Maui.

Our room location and view of the ocean was lovely. The rooms were good sized and loved having 2 full bathrooms. Very comfortable and nice layout. Disappointed that the pool area was not in the sun for most of the day and no beach access. The rugs could be replaced as they were worn and a bit stained, in living room, bedroom and baths...the coffee pot could also use an update, as the keys were worn and hard to read. We did love staying here, it was a very nice place, easy to navigate to and from to local beaches or into Lahaina, just needs a little updating. It's also very nice having a washer and dryer. 4 stars overall.

A Nice Location

Staying in this condo was part of our first trip to Maui. Before we arrived we received plenty of communication from the property management company. The day we arrived we seemed to have trouble locating where the condo was but made contact with the property manager and were quickly on our way to getting settled in. The condo was a little dated but not bad. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a nice kitchen and living area that looked out onto the deck with a view of the ocean. Kitchen had a coffee machine and blender. Condo came with underground parking and access to a locker containing beach chairs and coolers. We went for walks in the morning but no continuous beach access for long distances. Had some trouble with a plug-in in the bedroom that was remedied quickly by the property manager. To that point the property management person was excellent and responded quickly to some of my questions, ok, I had more than a few. The location was great for exploring the north end of the island Thanks for looking after us on our first stay in Maui!!!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful and had just about every amenity provided, from dishes to laundry detergent. The rooms were great, comfortable beds and both rooms had a balcony, the main bedroom facing the ocean. There is no air conditioning but fans are placed in the condo to move air flow around and it was never hot, the wind coming in from the balcony and front door (there is a locking screen door) kept the condo in perfect temperature. Parking: You're assigned a spot in a parking garage but the spot is next to a concrete pillar, I would not suggest renting a large truck as parking in the spot provided was a bit of a task. Also the ceiling height is 6'7" so anything taller would not fit in the parking garage. They do however have elevators going up to the condo so that is a plus. Quiet Community: Quiet hours are from 8am to 10pm, which is a good time frame, however, the condo is right above the Manager and you will be told to be quiet for any noise. I would not suggest bringing rowdy children who may not be able to stay still or be quiet outside of those times. Overall great stay and lovely condo, would suggest others to stay here.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had what we needed. We loved the lanai and spent much time sitting there watching for turtles. The view was spectacular- sunsets were amazing! The location of the condo was also ideal- short walk to small grocery, several restaurants, and more beaches. A most lovely vacation in paradise!
