This cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is perfectly located across from the Bear Back Poma Lift for easy ski-in/ski-out winter access. In summer, enjoy Lake Levinsky and Basecamp just minutes away. Relax in the private hot tub with Lone Peak views or fire up the gas and charcoal grills for a mountain-view meal. A private mudroom, boot warmer, and garage add convenience year-round. Black Eagle 3 is professionally managed by the local Two Pines Properties team.

For a true Montana experience, we recommend our classic "Montana A/C": open the windows at night to let in the cool mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds first thing in the morning to keep the cool air inside throughout the remainder of the day.
