This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is located in the heart of Big Sky. Walk to restaurants, local drinkeries, shops, and grocery stores. Being in the heart of town grants you easy access to the local Skyline Bus shuttle pick up, 5-minute walk from the house. 

In Summer, enjoy community events such as the Farmer's Market and Big Sky's free Summer Concert Series (Summer events are generally spanning from mid-June through early-September). Additionally, being in the heart of it all you can quickly access the local trail system managed by the Big Sky Community Organization. Find yourself roaming Big Sky from trails rated easy to difficult, short to long, and meticulously maintained by the local community! Other close by Summer adventures include whitewater rafting, guided fly fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, horseback riding, hiking, hot air balloon rides, world-class mountain biking and more! 

For the Yellowstone National Park adventurer, this home grants quick access to highway 191 south which leads you to the West entrance of Yellowstone. Find yourself winding along the historic Gallatin River as your drive to the entrance gates, the drive will take you about 45-minutes. You will enter Yellowstone National Park within 15-miles of Big Sky, you will proceed to drive to the West entrance gates to fully access Yellowstone. The section of the park you enter through as you are driving grants you access to several amazing hiking trails, additionally, you can fish the river but you MUST secure a Yellowstone National Park fishing permit to fish the river within the national park boundary lines. 

In Winter, find yourself nestled into the heart of this cozy ski community. The legendary Big Sky Resort is just a 7-mile drive (10-15 minutes) or quickly access the free shuttle (5-minute walk). Big Sky Resort or, "The American Alps," grants you access to some the BIGGEST skiing in North America. You will be 2-miles from the notorious Lone Mountain Ranch offering world-class Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. Other close by Winter adventures include snowmobile tours, sleigh-ride dinners, snow-coach tours of Yellowstone National Park and guided ski tours in Yellowstone.
