My family & I had a wonderful experience at this home. The house was equipped with anything you could possibly need or want. Beautifully decorated, tons of room, lovely neighborhood & friendly neighbors!! Quick & easy communication with the owner, who was very accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again & will definitely book here.

Dori, thank you so much for the wonderful words - I am so glad you all could make it to Hot Springs and would love to have you visit again! All the best!
Excellent house perfect for families large families.
We had an awesome experience. The house was perfect, every detail had been thought of from the stocked kitchen ( everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner), personal shampoos in each bathroom, luxurious beddings and charge stations in every room. Beautiful view of East Mountain (lovely hiking), private and secluded yet only a short walk to town where all the action is. There was nothing I would change! Definitely would recommend this beautiful home!

Lisa, thank you SO much! I am so happy you all were able to enjoy some of the magic of Hot Springs, and I am honored that you chose this property for your visit. Have a wonderful rest of 2020! - Susie
If I could give this place (and host) more than 5 stars, I would! Susie was very accommodating from the minute we booked and maintained great communication throughout the stay. The place is beautiful and it is even better in person! The rooms were clean and the house was very nicely decorated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all very well equipped. The view in the backyard is scenic and eye-catching - you could spend hours enjoying that view. The location is also superb, close to Bathhouse Row as well as the West Mountain trails for the National Park. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Thank you so very much, Souvik! I am so thrilled you had a great time! Hot Springs is a special place and it's fantastic to have wonderful visitors like you all! All the best! - Susie
We loved our stay in this home! The home was even better than the online pictures showed! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We loved that it had 3 full bedrooms and almost 3 baths to match. Every single room was equipped so that guests feel comfy. We truly loved every room in this house! And the outside patio as well! This is an in-town house, but the backyard feels like it is the country. I am hoping we can rent this home again sometime in the fall. We LOVED our visit!

Tara, thank you SO much for these kind words! I am thrilled you all had a great visit and enjoyed the place! It would be wonderful if you could visit again this year! Thanks again! - Susie
If I could give this property ten stars, I would. The location is in a safe historical area of downtown Hot Springs, yet feels like you're in the country with the home backing up to West Mountain.
The house feels like it popped from the pages of Southern Living or House and Garden magazine. It's even better "in person" than the pictures. Every amenity you could dream of was available. Each bedroom was incredibly comfortable with plush bedding, and all bathrooms had ample amenities.
The lovely lighting throughout the home added to the ambience. The attention to every detail is apparent. We had so much fun cooking in this kitchen, with all of the appliances and cookware available you can imagine.
The host, Susie, was incredibly responsive and friendly, and a great communicator! She made us feel so comfortable and answered questions before we knew what to ask. She's the best Host I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
We were sad to leave, and look forward to when we can return to this lovely property. Thank you Susie, for making your home available for others to experience and enjoy.

Martha - oh wow, I am SO grateful for your kind words! And thank you so much for being such wonderful guests! I am thrilled you had fun at the house and in Hot Springs! All the best! - Susie
This was the best VRBO experience that we've ever had. The owner is ABSOLUTELY LOVELY and was great at communication. The home is STUNNING, and I was taking notes on everything from the decor to the organization. It's like staying at your chic best friend's house. It was perfect for my family, but would also be fabulous for a Girls' Getaway Vacation too. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to make family dinners without having to purchase extras (like seasonings, etc.) There are such thoughtful amenities such as extra charging stations, etc. I cannot say enough about this VRBO. Do not hesitate to book! :)

Samantha, thank you SO very much! Those are the kindest words and I'm thrilled that you all had a great time! It is wonderful people like you all that make this vacation rental process so fun! Thank you again! - Susie
We rented this home for a week to celebrate my son's marriage to a local Hot Springs gal. It was a wonderful place to gather and hang out and for new family members to get to know each other. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfy and had amazingly nice quality items throughout that made us feel like royalty! We wanted to cook together and the kitchen was perfect for this!!! I even took pictures of all the plates, and bowls because I'd like to purchase some for myself! The downstairs window treatments were also great as they could let in plenty of the natural light yet still allow for privacy. This is the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed in! Thank you Susie!

Thank you SO much for your gracious and kind words - I feel blessed to have such wonderful people as guests! Hoping you can travel back to Hot Springs again before too long!
I agree with all the previous reviews and will add that the home and the decor is very well thought after...very difficult to find anything missing (probably first aid box?) or out of place..and it feels like just like (classy) home :)

Pravir, thank you so much for staying at the house and the kind words! What a great suggestion - I will definitely be putting a couple of first aid kits in there. I appreciate the input! - Susie C.
I won’t be able to say enough about this property to do it justice. First, the location is superb. Walking distance to trails, NP right behind it, and down the street from the main strip in town. The exterior provides space to enjoy Mother Nature at her finest with an abundance of trees and vegetation to view privately. Now for the interior...oh my...this home inspired me to remember the power of investing in my own home so that it stands up to greet me. There was not a thing I would have changed. It also is better stocked in the kitchen than most homes in regards to gadgets. It has anything you’d need to bake a loaf of bread to make the perfect smoothie. This kitchen has it all. It would be a great place for a family to gather while staying in Hot Springs since cooking would be a breeze and you can even do your laundry. This home is incredibly family friendly so you can relax and unwind. The remote for the fireplace, dimmer switches in every room, cozy blankets, assortment of teas and coffees, gorgeous bedding, and stellar bathrooms will leave you feeling homesick for Hot Springs.

I have lived in Hot Springs for several years - I moved from Austin, TX in 2022. This is a charming and special city, and I have come to treasure this neighborhood, the friendly people of Hot Springs, this home and the city. I hope you enjoy the city as I have!
I live next door to this property in a bungalow. I am involved in animal rescue locally and use the greenhouse at the back of the property for cat fostering.
