As the sun sets on chilly winter nights, gather around the warm glow of the gas fireplace, creating the perfect setting for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, where you can prepare delightful home-cooked meals or venture out to savor the diverse dining options on Main Street, just a short walk away.

Take advantage of the Columbine Pool & Hot Tub complex (CLOSED April 15th thru May 24th), subject to availability, offering an outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a locker room. Please note the seasonal availability (June-August and December-March) of these amenities, enhancing the allure of your stay.

The first bedroom welcomes you with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bath. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

Great location
In town for a wedding. Able to walk to main street in a couple minutes enjoyed restaurants shops etc. Condo was nice but no storage for groceries. Luckily we ate out alot. Kitchen is very well stocked. Wish pool and hot tubs had longer hours. We were alwasy busy mid day eaely evening when open and would have liked to have gone in the am or before bed. Overall great place to stay. Thank you

30th birthday stay!
Location of the property is perfect. If your looking for a place that you can park your car, leave it for the rest of your stay and walk this is the spot for you! Hot tubs and pools were heated and were relaxing. This condo was fully equipped which was awesome! We would stay here again for sure! Cons: there was a weird clicking sound coming from one of the closets. Maybe the bunk bed room but unsure. Also, the shower hot/cold knob in the bunk bed room was broke so we could not use that shower. Lastly, the sliding door to the bedroom in the living room was broke as well.

Perfect location / paradise in the mountains.
Everything was perfect, except thought it had washer and dryer. Bunkbed room heater would not turn off and room was very very hot. Easy walk to slopes, would stay here again.
