Good things about the house- the bedroom size and main kitchen/dining space was nice for our group of 14, the easy location just inside the gate and quick walk to the main pool, and the ability to park in the garage.
The reason we would not return here- it was dirty. we pulled back the bed sheets to find bodily fluids all stuck on one of the kids bed, and other beds contained Cheetos, popcorn, woodchips and urine stains- so we assumed that none of the bedding was actually changed in the house prior to arrival. The shower still had a used soap bar on the floor and thick chunks of something. The dishes were all slimy and full of grease. We had to rewash all the silverware because it all stuck together.
Not to mention the dishwasher didn't clean anything put into it, the freezer spit out crushed ice all over the floor every time you opened the door regardless of cleaning it out, the patio chairs were broken, the toilet on the main level didn't have a seat, the couch pillows smelled of strong body odor, the hot tub ended up not bubbling, the king bathroom shower knobs did not function properly and you either got scalded or iced in the shower and we found cockroaches in the house. Their cleaning services were clearly not well performed.
The owners were messaged and responsive to our needs and new bedding the first day as well as any other time we informed them.
I don't expect a fancy rental for vacation, but I do expect a clean one.
