Apartment of 62 m² on the 2nd and last floor of a totally renovated Soulacaise, located in the heart of the resort, in the lively pedestrian street of downtown Soulac, 100 m from the beach.
Market, fish halls and halls, restaurants, tea rooms, pancakes and waffles .... and even hairdresser and cinema, .... in summary, you will find all the shops within 300 meters.

All you have to do is park the car and put the suitcases in the dressing rooms and enjoy!

You will appreciate this apartment for its comfort, its terrace with side sea view, its brightness and its very complete and new equipment. (Plancha, Bose station, TV, ...)

Nice Appartement in perfect Location

We really enjoyed the stay. Only parking is a challenge and needs patience and serveral tries… but keep cool, in the end you‘re one holiday in a really relaxing spot!

Beautiful location & apartment.

Upside: Highly maintained, main street but not much noise. Immediate access to a compact quirky town. Beach, bike rental, restaurants, shoping all spot on! I have limited mobility but the stairs to the apartment are not steep so this wasnt a problem. Owner & management were great. Downside: one big towel each is not acceptable, on requst an exception was made & we got 2 each...gee thanks! One tea towel is not enough either. Neither issue are the end of the world though, we had a fab stay!

Tolle Lage, perfekte Terrasse

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, nur kurze Wege, wir kamen auch vom Bahnhof in 15 min zu Fuß zum Appartement. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, vielleicht könnte man dafür noch einen Schirm und einen Besen bereitstellen. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Idéal pour une semaine à la plage

L’appartement d’Arnaud était idéalement situé, à 3 min à pieds de la plage, et étonnamment calme malgré l’agitation de la rue sous nos fenêtres. La literie était confortable, les ventilateurs efficaces, la cuisine était bien équipée (excepté la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait presque plus). Le vrai plus : les jouets que notre fils a pu emprunter durant tout le séjour, nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’amener tous les siens avec nous depuis Paris. Le moins : les escaliers en métal, pas très kids friendly. Mis à part ça, une expérience très réussie !

Traumhafte Wohnung mitten in Soulac-sur-mer

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet und gut gepflegt. Viele kleine Details, zum Bespiel gut funktionierende Küchengeräte und Ähnliches heben diese Wohnung weit über vergleichbare Objekte hinaus, Empfang und Checkout waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum.
