About this property
Lakehouse 1 block to lake with 4 bedrooms & 2 living areas, lg lakeview deck
This home was built in 2019 has all the amenities for a relaxing stay on Greers Ferry Lake. It is a short walk to the lake, less than a block, with a gentle slope to the water. You can beach your boat, throw a fishing line, or have a camp fire on this nice point at Stark's Landing. About 1 mile to Narrow's bridge, Narrows Campground, or Devil's Fork Campground, makes launching a boat quick and easy.
We are new to the VRBO rental, which is why the reviews are not available yet,( but do have experience through a different service). We love the lake life and come as often as possible to relax here as well. We are confident you will enjoy the home as much as we do!
There is seating for 13 using the inside tables and bar area, folding TV trays for an additional 4, and then outside more seating and tables for 8. You will find the kitchen well stocked for any cooking and serving needs.
Across the back of the home is a very expansive deck! Lots of room to relax and view the lake or entertain and cook out with family and friends. There are 2 grills, a charcoal and a gas grill, a smoker, as well as a large gas griddle that makes a tasty stir fry or morning breakfast!
There are 2 living areas, so if the guys want football and the girls want a movie, there is plenty of space! Or the youngest want cartoons and the adults something different....it can happen. Most seating is leather, great for the lake life. One sofa has 2 recliners, one on each end. There is seating for 4 at the game table, with leaves to extend to seat 6 (this can double as extra dining area) Fall and winter you can enjoy the fireplace with convenient gas logs.
There are playing cards, board games, puzzles, and some DVD's for your enjoyment. The televisions are 55 inch and 65 inch in the living areas, and a 50 in the master bedroom. All have Roku.
There are 4 bedrooms with the following arrangements:
Master bedroom King size bed large bathroom with oversize walk in shower
Bedroom 2) queen bed
Bedroom 3) queen bed
Bedroom 4) twin bunk beds & trundle
Black out curtains in all bedrooms.
Each bedroom has either a ceiling fan or floor fan, if you are like me and need that "white noise" .
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. It is separate from a double sink vanity that can be used while the tub is occupied.
Be sure to bring along your favorite libations, as this is a DRY COUNTY..... nearest beer & wine is about 15 minutes.
This is a great outdoors, and with that comes some uninvited guest, like ticks and chiggers, so we suggest you bring bug spray. We treat the house and the yard, but sometimes those pests still find us!
Parking is not a problem, lots of space for cars and boats. And remember the boat launch areas are very close.

About the host
Hosted by TERRIE L COLLINS
My husband Tim and I enjoyed spending time at the lake with family and friends. Tim is a master of the grill, so naturally we have several types, the photo shows him at the griddle with a great stir fry. Boating and fishing are a favorite past time too. The large deck provides a great place for us to relax and enjoy nature.
Why they chose this property
This is so convenient! Just about an hour drive from Little Rock. Lacy's Marina at the Narrow's Bridge is just 1 mile. If you like to fish, Dam Site State Park is 1 mile with great access to lake and where the fishing contest are judged. We are in town for a quick trip to get supplies or a treat at the local Sonic. It is not such a busy town, that the traffic is a problem. The walk to the lake is less than a block, and it has a gradual slope to the water with lots of room to relax and enjoy the view. Often we see deer walk across the road, there are birds attracted to our bird feeders.......great place to get back to nature.
What makes this property unique
Great location and lots of space for group gatherings.
