Villa by the sea which has just been completely renovated under the supervision of an architect.
For rentals out of season, contact directly to see the possibilities.

Ground floor: Living room, Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, sensible coffee maker, kettle, blender, barbecue ... Ground floor bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200. Shower room with sink, shower and washing machine. separate wc. Terrace with garden furniture. Garden of over 500m² closed and bordered by wild dunes. Closed bicycle storage, garbage can, outdoor hot water shower.
upstairs: Taupe bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 x 200, adjoining a bathroom with sink, bath / shower, WC. Ciel room with 1 bed 90 x 200 and a trundle bed 90 x 190. Melon room with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190. wc / lavobo on landing. baby cot on request
All bedding is new, plenty of storage in each bedroom. possibility to rent bed linen.
Housekeeping on request.

Fijne vakantie gehad in dit mooie huis, met aan de achterzijde zicht op de duinen. Het huis was ruim genoeg voor 5 personen, maar lijkt me wel klein voor 8 personen. Wel jammer dat de tuin zo verwilderd is, en eigenlijk niet bruikbaar voor kinderen. Let ook op dat er (ondanks vermeld) geen BBQ aanwezig is.Afstand tot het grote strand is klein en te lopen binnen 2 minuten - ideaal!

Je suis contente que votre séjour se soit bien déroulé. Effectivement il n'y a pas de barbecue traditionnel, mais une plancha éléctrique. C'est une sécurité car le toit est en chaume

maison bien située

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cette maison parce que bien située par rapport à l'accès à la plage. Maison que nous trouvons petite pour 8 personnes. Nous étions 4 : 3 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans 1/2. La pièce à vivre et la cuisine sont petites, le salon inconfortable puisque initialement prévu pour l'extérieur : banquette 2 places + 3 fauteuils type "héspéride" (mobilier de jardin). Salle de douche sans pouvoir poser la serviette ou le savon. Bonne literie. au 1er étage, 6 couchages dont 1 combiné lits superposés, 1 lit simple avec tiroir et 2 lits simples pouvant être rapprochés. Hotesse sympathique et rapidement joignable.

Chouette maison, petite mais extrêmement bien agencée; ne vous laissez pas tromper par les M2 indiqués, on ne se sent jamais à l'étroit, et nous étions 7. A 100 mètres tout au plus de la plage, à quelques minutes des petits commerces à pied. Et quantité de curiosités à voir dans les 30 km 'à la ronde'. S'il faut vraiment critiquer pour critiquer, disons que la douche du 1er n'est pas top ( installer un rideau ou une paroi serait une bonne idée ); par ailleurs, pas de wifi, de nos jours, ça manque quand-même. Mais rassurez-vous, hormis ces détails surmontables, nous vous recommandons vivement cette location !

The owner was very helpful and worked hard to ensure we were very comfortable with our stay. Friendly, relaxed environment, with a lovely kitchen and view through the back doors. Sadly the weather was not on our side when we stayed. What this did highlight was the lack of entertainment within the property, in particular Wi-Fi and a stereo system.

Sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Alles sehr sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher duftete herrlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, da sehr gut ausgestattet. Perfekte Lage, Meer und Strand fast vor der Haustür. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Leute. Fernsehen ist leider nur französisch, da kein Sat- TV.

Maison agréable et bien située.

Location idéale pour un séjour à la mer, dans cette maison atypique qui se trouve une rue derrière des appartements et face à la mer (2 rues à traverser). Nous venons d'y passer une semaine agréable avec un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires qui résident dans la même rue et restent disponibles si besoin, en restant extrêmement discrets. Intérieur très correct et literie parfaite. Deux points à améliorer qui ont été signalés à la propriétaire lors du départ et qui devraient être vus prochainement : n°1 cuisine petite et non équipée (meubles trop bas et pas de lave-vaisselle) ; n°2 la baignoire douche à l'étage (prévoir une douchette fixée au mur et une paroi ou un rideau). Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cette location et à y revenir si nous projetons un nouveau séjour à la mer. Bonne continuation.
